The Practical Path Of Social Enterprise Participating In Elderly Services

The aging of the population is a general result of the population structure following a certain stage of economic development.At present,China is gradually moving towards a deep aging society.The large elderly population has a rapid growth rate.Aging and empty nesting are increasing serious.Disability,dementia and chronically ill elderly are continuing to increase.The phenomenon of Getting old before getting rich and getting old with unprepared.The situation is very grim and there is huge demand in the pension market.The traditional old-age services system with the country and family as the core has been unable to meet the growing elderly population and its diverse age-based care of the times.The responsibility for the provision of old-age services urgently needs to be transformed into a cooperative governance model with multiple subjects such as the state,society,market,and family.Since our proposed comprehensive social old-age services system building objectives,the central and local governments implemented a series of policy initiatives to promote the development of social old-age services.From the perspective of basic trends,China has begun to build the basic pattern of old-age service system with“based on home care,Relied on community pension,and Institutional pension as a supplement”.Currently,we should continue to maintain the reform direction in which all people participate and show the support of social forces in the support services of the elderly.Therefore,the author pays attention to how to build the universal applicability and persistence of public welfare of social enterprises involved in old-age services.In recent years,as an innovative carrier of social governance,social enterprises have rapidly practiced and developed around the world,and achieved considerable results.Despite the different organizational forms,the dual attributes of public welfare and commerce can effectively integrate the three forces of government,market and society to the greatest extent,and inject new vitality into China's old-aged services industry.From a theoretical point of view,social enterprise participation in old-aged services is based on a certain theoretical support.Taking the cooperative governance theory as the starting point,the author has combed through the literature to further clarify the definition of social enterprises and old-age services,focusing on the governance failure dilemma that has emerged in the field of old-age services,including government,market,and voluntary supply.This makes social enterprises this The new type of organization has become an inevitable choice for the provision of old-aged services.From a practical point of view,the author regards social enterprises as the main body of multi-participation research,taking Zhejiang Lvkang Medical Group as example,using field interviews to gain a deeper understanding of the actual situation of social enterprises participating in elderly care services and in-depth effects analysis.From the feedback results,we explored the shortcomings of the social enterprise participation model,and summed up and reflected in the search for the perfect participation path,which provided a possible rational reference for solving the practical development problems of social enterprises.The study of social enterprise participation in the provision of old-age services can not only provide realistic practical guidance and broad development space for the survival and development of social enterprises,but also conform to the multiple socialized old-age management strategy of our country in the new era,which is conducive to its functional role.Specifically,the study draws the following conclusions: First,there is a high degree of theoretical support and practical advantages in social enterprise participation in old-aged services,which is a good way to manage social issues.Second,the coordinated cooperation between the state,the market,and society is conducive to the effective integration of resources by social enterprises and suggestions for development deficiencies.Third,social enterprise practice research is still in its infancy,and it needs to be tested repeatedly.It should encourage and guide the construction of a “self-blood-making” public welfare ecosystem.However,typical single-case studies may have limitations in terms of reproducibility and appraisal,which will be verified in the future through multiple case studies.
