Research On The Exploration Course,Effect And Optimization Path Of The Elderly Volunteer Service From The City To The Countryside

China has officially entered the aging society at the end of last century,and this aging presents an irreversible trend.In response,we should try to be old before we are rich and old before we are ready.At present,the volunteer service is booming.As a valuable resource wealth,the elderly group should shine in the volunteer service in line with the connotation of active aging and the goal of having something to do and having something to enjoy.At present,the trend of the elderly to participate in voluntary service has been preliminarily formed in our country.Based on L elderly volunteer team from the city to the countryside to provide volunteer service as an example,the various main study based on the individual interview,and combining the participatory observation,through to the elderly volunteer service from the city to the countryside to explore the practice of the process analysis,the whole exploration process can be divided into three stages,respectively is: elderly volunteer service of infancy,developing the elderly volunteer team,and from urban to rural elderly volunteer team.Focusing on the stage from urban to rural areas,this paper analyzes the basis,contents and forms of volunteer activities of the elderly volunteers in the rural volunteer service project of sangyu station,and evaluates the effectiveness of the volunteer service.To promote the emancipation of the old people in the countryside from the thought of "live to the old,work to the old".To enhance the influence of the culture of respecting the elderly in the whole society.Secondly,the role of social workers in the growth of elderly volunteer teams was investigated and analyzed,and the role of social workers,a key factor,was further explored in the process of elderly volunteer service from urban to rural areas.In addition,the voluntary service for the elderly is still in the initial stage of exploration from the city to the countryside,showing the characteristics of gradual exploration and innovation.In the process of exploration,it still faces many problems and challenges,such as the existence of conflicts between multiple subjects,the overall process of volunteer service is not professional,the long-term nature of volunteer service to be improved.In view of this,in order to ensure that the results of the elderly volunteers participating in voluntary services are maximized,Suggestions for the optimization of countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of volunteer planning,volunteer service support network,volunteer training and encouragement,and communication between the elderly social workers and volunteers.And through the urban and rural elderly volunteer service exploration process,effectiveness and optimization of the path of research,on this basis to explore the elderly volunteer service to the elderly social work enlightenment.
