In daily life and work practice,signature has always played an important role.Individuals often need to use signatures to confirm their legal effects on matters such as confirming matters and signing contracts.This shows that the role of a personal signature is very important.It is also believed that,in order to obtain illegal benefits,criminal suspects often use an imitation of other people's signatures to achieve their illegal purposes.And with the development of technology,the anti-identification consciousness of criminal suspects is getting stronger and stronger,and there are more and more imitation methods of signature handwriting,and the similarity of imitation is getting higher and higher.Cases continue to emerge,presenting new challenges to the appraiser's appraisal capabilities and traditional appraisal methods.The traditional identification method is to compare the imitation handwriting with the magnifying glass and microscope to find out whether the specimen has static geometric features such as jerky movement,bending jitter,and repainting.However,for high-level imitation handwriting with a high degree of similarity,this way The imitative features of the genre cannot be found at all.At present,handwriting appraisal is a traditional appraisal item.Its test methods and analysis methods are qualitative analysis and judgment through the static characteristics of handwriting reflected on the writing medium.There is no quantitative test method and analysis method.Scientific research on handwriting recognition using computers has long been carried out,but there is still a large gap in practical applications.These circumstances have put forward higher and stricter requirements for the inspection methods and analysis methods of handwriting identification.The author participates in a project funded by the National Academy of Forensic Sciences,Chen Xiaohong,a senior engineer,and supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(61605132 and U1736102)and the Ministry of Finance Public Welfare Project(GY2019D-1 and GY2015G-6).Application of related research methods on this subject to complete the experimental research in this paper.This paper uses theoretical research,experimental research,and computer technology to extract the dynamic characteristics of signature handwriting on paper analyzes the data and explores the laws to propose a new quantitative inspection and identification of highlevel imitation signature handwriting.The method,and explore the stability and practicability of this method.This article is divided into four chapters,including the introduction,and includes:In the introduction,firstly,the background and significance of quantitative analysis on the dynamic characteristics of high-level imitation signature are explained.Secondly,based on the domestic and foreign works and literature on this kind of research,this paper summarizes the status quo of the research on the dynamic characteristics of high-level imitation signature at the present stage,finds out the space for further research,and provides ideas for the research direction of this paper.Finally,the research methods,research ideas,and structure of this paper are explained.The first chapter is the theoretical research part of this paper.Firstly,from the concept of imitation handwriting and high-level imitation handwriting,this paper finds out the difference between high-level imitation handwriting and general imitation handwriting and summarizes the common forms of high-level imitation handwriting.Secondly,this paper studies and summarizes the concept and characteristics of handwriting dynamic characteristics,and explains the quantification of handwriting characteristics,providing the basic theoretical support for the following experimental design and research,and clarifying the research direction of this paper.The second chapter is the design of the experimental scheme for the quantitative analysis of the dynamic characteristics of a high-level imitation signature.This chapter mainly describes the preparation of experimental samples,experimental equipment,experimental conditions and pretreatment of experimental samples.Through the design of the experiment,the experiment and the pre-processing of the experimental samples,the author obtains the relevant data about the dynamic characteristics of the high-level imitation signature.Under the premise of controlling the relevant experimental variables,the relevant data obtained in the experiment are analyzed in the next stage.The third chapter is the quantitative analysis of experimental results.This section is the core part of the whole article,using the 3 d contour detector,extracting high level respectively to imitate the height,width of signature handwriting and transcription,grayscale,radian four dynamic characteristics,using the principle of statistical method to get data of sophistication,respectively,the high level comparing to imitate signature handwriting and transcription,finally the experimental conclusion,whether this new inspection appraisal method is feasible.This part is also an innovative part of this paper,which transforms the traditional qualitative analysis of handwriting identification into quantitative analysis.The experimental conclusions become more objective and specific from the previous subjective experience,and the identification method rises from a two-dimensional plane image to a three-dimensional model,providing a more scientific and effective basis for identification.The fourth chapter is a high imitation signature handwriting the experimental verification of the quantitative analysis of dynamic characteristics of the part,through the design of the method of simulation case,this kind of appraisal method for inspection,determine the stability and effectiveness of the new method,through the methods of auxiliary expert witnesses after appraisal work,enhance the accuracy of expert opinion,objectivity.
