A Study On The Work Path Of Maintaining Stability Of Grass Roots Government

The savety of a country is the most important prerequisite for economic and social development,Without it the country and society economic and social development can not be possible and the people can not live and work in peace and contentment.Taking the practice of maintaining social stability in Y District of Shenzhen as example,this paper try to analyzes the positive role and existing problems of social stability maintenance in China,and produce some useful suggestions.The first part introduce the background,significance,constructs,methods and summarize the related concepts and theories,including the definition of grass-roots government and stability maintenance work,and ues the theory of public management,and governance theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part analyzes the current situation of stability maintenance work in case areas,including the role and scope of Shenzhen Y District regional government,the main ways of stability maintenance and the factors affecting social stability,and analyzes some problems existing in the current stability maintenance work in Shenzhen Y District region,such as fixed line of thinking,high cost,short-term goal,etc.After detailed analysis,it is found that the role of the grass-roots government in Shenzhen Y District area is misplaced,it does not put itself in the position of servin g the people,and the local interest appeal mechanism is not perfect,people do not have the channel to appeal when some interests are damaged,and people's legal concept is weak,they blindly think that the government can deal with all problems,once it is not dealt with well I will feel resentment.The last part draws lessons from the experience of other regions' grass-roots government's stability maintenance work,summarizes the enlightenment,puts forward suggestions to strengthen the stability maintenance work of the grass-roots government from three aspects: changing ideas,establishing and improving the stability maintenance work system,and improving the stability maintenance ability of the grass-roots government to improve the stability maintenance ability of the grass-roots government in the new era and promote the better and faster development of the society.
