Study On Improving Public Service Ability Of Grassroots Police Security Bureau

The public service capacity of public security organs is an important part of social public service.In the current context of serving people's livelihoods and creating a service-oriented government,how to improve the public service capacity of public security organs and how to play the social service function of public security organs have become another important task for public security departments.In the light of that,this paper will conduct a research on the issue of public service capacity of grassroots public security.During the research,this paper applies the theoretical knowledge of new public service and other related theories,taking the Kaizhou District Public Security Bureau as the in-depth investigation and research object.In the study,the first-hand information about the Kaizhou District Public Security Bureau was obtained through a combination of documentary analysis,case studies and survey visits.By carefully combing and comprehensive synthesis,it further clarifies the role played and the useful work done by the Kaizhou District Public Security Bureau in public service sector.The end of the article analyses the existing problems and causes,and a few targeted countermeasures and suggestions have been made.It was found through the research that as an important function of public administration in government,the public security department has an important role to play in providing public services.And about how to promote the public service level of the grass-roots public security organs,on the one hand,the comprehensive service capacity needs to be enhanced and the concept of serving the people needs to be established.And at the same time,it is necessary to improve internal management mechanisms and fulfill the state's principle of serving the people;on the other hand,the public service ability of public security departments plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and stability,as well as ensuring people to work and live in peace and contentment.Therefore,the public security departments should take the law as the guideline in practicing public service work,and establish a networkedpublic service system with the aim of serving the people.Only in this way,the ability of public service can be better achieved.In a word,through this study,it is conducive to improving the image of public security organs and enhancing the people's sense of security,gaining and happiness.
