The Research On Law Enforcement Standardized Construction Of Grass-roots Public Security Organs

The law enforcement standardized construction of public security organs refers to the law-executor works on a systematic project to construct the procedure,content and standard of law enforcement of public security organs in order to realize the civilized strict and efficient law enforcement target within the framework of the law.The law enforcement mainly depends on grass-roots public security organs so strengthening law enforcement standardized construction in grass-roots public security organs holds great significance for law enforcement of public security organs.It can be beneficial to the public security work and the level of enforcement.What's more,it can improve enforcement procedures and it's an important approach to ensure standard fair and civilized law enforcement.This thesis reviews the research on the law enforcement standardized construction of grass-roots public security organs at home and abroad and the research object is the main problems in social management.Methods of induction,documentation and cases analysis were employed during this thesis.Reviewing the development from 2008,the author gives a deep and comprehensive analysis of police daily enforcement routine in grass-roots public security organs through learning related theory and papers,and combined with typical cases of law enforcement standardized construction of grass-roots public security organs meanwhile referencing the new demands of police work in the new times.On this basis,putting forward the main problems during the process of law enforcement standardized construction of grass-roots public security organs such as the low quality of law enforcement officers;the law enforcement by the auxiliary police is serious;imperfect system of law enforcement;information construction is developing slowly and law enforcement security is inadequate clearly.And raising some constructive suggestions such as innovating educating training to improve the quality of law enforcement;strengthening the management of auxiliary polices;perfecting the system of law enforcement construction;optimizing law enforcement information construction comprehensively;strengthening the resources and security guarantees of the grass-roots public security organs to promote this work in-depth development.
