Hohhot Optimizes Small And Micro Industrial Enterprises Business Environment Research

In recent years,with the comprehensive advancement of my country's "delegation,management,and service" reforms,the business environment has received great attention as an important starting point for deepening reforms.At the same time,as an important part of the industrial economy,small and micro industrial enterprises play an irreplaceable role in extending the industrial chain,alleviating employment pressure,and protecting market players.Especially in the current situation of grasping the "six stability" and promoting the "six guarantees",the business environment of small and micro industrial enterprises determines the development of the real economy to a certain extent,and therefore has attracted great attention from all walks of life.But at the same time,the current small and micro industrial enterprises are faced with the characteristics of large size and weak individuals,so government support is needed to create a business environment suitable for small and micro industrial enterprises.This article takes Hohhot as an example,applies new public service,public goods theory and other related theories,based on the State Council's regulations on optimizing the business environment and scholar's research,and uses satisfaction in terms of the three major aspects of government environment,market environment,human resources and resource environment.Questionnaire survey methods include policy soundness and satisfaction,policy and law publicity,law enforcement standardization,government service efficiency,park quality,investment promotion,market access threshold,business operating costs,financing difficulty,and difficulty in recruiting Satisfaction surveys were conducted in 15 aspects including the degree of development and location advantages.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and the current overall economic development level of Hohhot,it was concluded that Hohhot's current policies,laws and regulations soundness,investment intensity,and market access In terms of threshold,the degree of satisfaction is relatively high,but it is still insufficient in terms of policies,laws and regulations publicity,law enforcement standards,corporate financing and operating costs,and the extent to which location advantages are played.Based on the analysis of the causes of the above problems,this article draws on the advanced experience and practices of second-tier cities such as Dalian,Nanjing,and Xi'an.From the perspective of the Hohhot city government,it starts from the aspects of strengthening the government's own construction,creating a high-quality market environment,and giving play to regional advantages,To provide a rational analysis framework and policy ideas for small and micro industrial enterprises to create a healthy business environment.
