With the development of society,cosmetics have become people's daily necessities.However,various violations of laws and regulations involving the quality of cosmetics are complex and concealed,which poses a huge threat to the lives and health of citizens.With the rapid development of the Internet economy,this problem has become more serious.Therefore,cosmetics supervision,as a basic function of the modern government under the market economy,urgently needs to attract enough attention and carry out in-depth research.In the context of public management,one of the main purposes of the government's supervision of cosmetics is to warn the public about safety and guide their safe consumption,so as to guarantee the personal safety of the public.Research on behavioral public management points out that the core of the "public management situation" is the interaction between the government and citizens,and the citizen experience is extremely important.Therefore,to understand whether the government's supervision of cosmetics has the expected effect,the feedback of citizens—the recipient of public services,is extremely important.Based on this,in order to study the impact of government regulation on people,on the basis of previous studies,the author takes the disclosure of cosmetic regulatory information as an independent variable,purchase willingness as a dependent variable,and government trust as an intermediary variable,to explore the relationship between the disclosure of cosmetics regulatory information,government trust and purchase intention to study whether government regulation has affected people's perception and what factors have affected the effect of government regulatory information disclosure.This research draws on the survey experiment method in behavioral public management and uses scenario-based questionnaires to collect data,and takes students from four universities in Guangzhou as research objects.It aims to explore the relationship between regulatory information disclosure,government trust and purchase intention through empirical investigation,to study whether the government's supervision of cosmetics has the effect of warning the public and guiding public consumption safety.Through questionnaire distribution,using SPSS to verify the model of government regulatory information disclosure and purchase intention,the study found that:1.Regulatory information disclosure has a significant positive correlation with cosmetic purchase intentions,and government trust plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between regulatory information disclosure and purchase intentions.2.Regulatory information disclosure has a significant correlations with ability trust,and there is a significant causal relationship with each other,There is a significant correlation between regulatory information disclosure with bona fide trust,but only the accessibility dimension has a significant causal relationship with bona fide trust,that is,the timeliness and comprehensiveness of regulatory information disclosure cannot enhance citizens' belief that the government's disclosure of cosmetics regulatory information is based on citizens' needs,safety and health considerations.3.There is a significant correlation between government trust and purchase intention,and there is a significant causal relationship,that is,the more people tend to believe that government regulatory authorities have the ability to supervise cosmetics,the supervision of cosmetics is to maintain the health and safety of citizens,the more willing to The cosmetics regulatory information disclosed by the government to purchase cosmetics.
