Investigation And Research On Public Welfare Post Placement Of Ex-servicemen In Cuiping District,Yibin,Sichuan

The placement of ex-servicemen is related to the construction of the national security system,the management of the active army and the guarantee of social harmony.The placement of ex-servicemen includes employment placement,medical placement and so on.Among them,employment placement is the first and most important placement for government departments,because the employment placement is proper,which means that the political and economic treatment has been guaranteed,and the transformation of the personal role of ex-servicemen has been initially completed.Although China has made remarkable achievements in the employment and placement of ex-servicemen,there are still many special groups in employment difficulties during the employment placement.The government will formulate appropriate public welfare posts to ensure the most basic living security of ex-servicemen and provide transitional measures for ex-servicemen with difficulties in re-employment.The government will set up posts through the principle of "selecting people according to their posts and developing them on demand",so that retired soldiers can give full play to their expertise.For this reason,this paper makes a research and investigation on the public welfare post placement of ex-servicemen in Cuiping District,Yibin City,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures under the guidance of the problem.First of all,Through finding out the problem and reason,then put forward perfect suggestion and countermeasure.Firstly,it puts forward the practical and theoretical significance of this paper,the relevant concepts and the research situation of public welfare post placement for ex-servicemen at home and abroad and the theoretical situation based on this paper.Then,the investigation is designed,including the purpose,hypothesis,method,object,validity and implementation of the investigation.Then the results are analyzed to find out the reasons and put forward countermeasures;three countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: First,in terms of government system security,the government shall formulate innovative policies and ensure the implementation of policies,and the government needs to establish a perfect communication mechanism between government and enterprises;Second,in terms of social participation,publicity shall be strengthened to arouse social concern,government and enterprises need to work together to make progress;Third,in terms of self-transformation of ex-servicemen,ex-servicemen need to change their consciousness and strengthen their self-learning ability.
