Research On The Governance Path Of Community Conflicts In Urban Villages In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.At the same time,there are new changes,new problems and new challenges in other social contradictions.In order to adapt to the new changes of social contradictions,the way of governance of social contradictions should also be transformed from social management to social governance.The essence of social governance is the governance process and operation mechanism of correctly handling social relations and social contradictions.Among them,the community contradiction in urban villages is a miniature and true portrayal of social contradictions.It is a new attempt to explore the innovation of social governance system and mechanism to study the community contradiction and governance path of village in city as a new attempt to explore the innovation of social governance system and mechanism in the new era Modernity is of great political,theoretical and practical significance.Community is the basic unit of society,and the place where social contradictions are most concentrated.With the rapid development of urbanization,the contradiction of village in city has become one of the main problems that must be solved in the process of urban construction and development.This paper takes Wujiabu community in Taiyuan City as the research object,analyzes the performance,characteristics and causes of community conflicts in the new era,and explores the feasible countermeasures to prevent and resolve the community conflicts.It is hoped that through the in-depth analysis and research of Wujiabu community,it can provide reference for the resolution and governance of community conflicts in urban villages in the new era.This paper mainly studies the governance path of preventing and resolving community conflicts in urban villages in the new era from four parts.The first part expounds China's Communist Party's internal contradictions theory and General Secretary Xi Jinping's new social governance ideas,which is the theoretical basis for preventing and resolving community conflicts;the second part introduces the empirical research process of preventing and resolving the contradictions in the city;the third part and the fourth part are the central content of this article.First,combining with the Taiyuan city's construction process,Wujiabu According to the actual situation of the community,the main manifestations of the community contradictions are the contradictions between the government and residents in terms of compensation standards for land acquisition and demolition and livelihood issues such as employment,social security,education,etc.,community cadres and masses,material and economic interests and cultural awareness conflicts among community residents,which are characterized by diversification of subjects,diversification of types,superposition of conflicts and intensification of disputes Secondly,it analyzes the causes of Wujiabu community contradictions from five aspects: uneven supply of resources,single subject of community governance,imperfect mechanism of conflict prevention,lagging behind of policy and law construction,and low quality of residents.The last part explores the feasible countermeasures to prevent and resolve the contradictions in Wujiabu community in the new era,and proposes to adhere to the system governance,source governance and legal governance And comprehensive governance,we will improve the governance system of multiple coordination,adhere to the governance bottom line of risk prevention,consolidate the institutional foundation of people's livelihood security,and improve the governance system of comprehensive policy implementation as the governance path to prevent and resolve the conflicts in Wujiabu community in the new era.
