A Case Study Of Social Case Work Intervention With Resolving Urban Community Conflicts

Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,with the further and rapid progress of comprehensive and in-depth reform in China,Chinese society has entered a period of rapid transformation,and various social contradictions have emerged,posing new challenges to community governance.The social contradictions of urban community are prominent,the old and new contradictions of the community coexist,the traditional way to resolve the contradictions is difficult to adapt to the needs of the new situation,and the innovation of the settlement mechanism of urban community contradictions has become the proper meaning of community governance and the construction of a harmonious society in the new era.As an intermediary agency of communication between government and citizens,social organizations can make up for the shortcomings of traditional ways to resolve community conflicts.At present,social work,psychology and other professional forces are increasingly valued in solving social conflicts.How to promote the professional force to resolve the social conflicts and participate in community governance should be a social topic worthy of study and discussion.Based on this consideration,this study chooses the practical cases of case social work to resolve the contradictions in urban communities as the topic,tries to analyze the professional role and service process of case work,and explores how to further innovate the effective mechanism of resolving the social contradictions in urban communities to provide empirical support for the construction and healthy development of harmonious communities.This study takes the case work practice of urban community conflict resolution as the research object,collects the experience data of the case work practice of urban community conflict resolution through the interview method,and on this basis,analyzes and reflects on the professional role of social work in resolving urban community conflict.This study first introduces the significance and purpose of the study,and makes a comprehensive review of the domestic and foreign urban community conflict resolution.It is found that there are some problems in the traditional ways of resolving community conflicts,such as the lack of systematization,the failure of traditional ways of resolving community conflicts,the lack of system operation and the structural pressure faced by the system.Through the analysis of the service process of case work to resolve community conflicts,it is found that social work should be further improved by improving the policy system of professional service mechanism,strengthening the service functions of sub district offices and neighborhood committees,cultivating community work service institutions and psychological consultation institutions,carrying out community education,guiding the public to face problems rationally and seeking professional service support In order to provide reference for the party and the government to make decisions to resolve the social contradictions in urban communities,we should improve the mechanism of resolving the social conflicts in urban communities,improve the effect of problem solving,and promote the professional development of social work.
