A Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Construction Of Community Culture

We can see that the elderly population is growing in the world.How to do a good job to providing good services for the elderly and to meeting the needs of older persons is the most important task by now.As the economy continues development,the elderly began to pay more attention to higher levels of demand,rather than just focus on the basic necessities of life.Governments,communities,social workers and community organizations need to pay close attention to the elderly for living,learning and entertainment needs.Promoting the development of the elderly will be able to promote the development of the whole society.Writing articles and analysis from the perspective of social work,according to demand theory,activity theory,as the theory basis.Through professional methods such as interviews,group work methods,literature research method,etc.,using these methods to determine the needs of the elderly of cultural activities.Throughout the process,I did a lot of in-depth interviews,objects include the elderly of community,other residents living in the community and community workers working in community neighborhood committees and other staff members.Finally,from the"increased concern of the community policy," "improve the software and hardware infrastructure construction","to meet the needs of older persons themselves" and "to seeking external professional staff support." from the point of view of the cultural construction of four stage of the problems in the elderly.I organized the corresponding group activities and make the appropriate intervention of social work.Whether through social work intervention can solve the original problem,to achieve the original purpose.Finally,according to the information collected,the results of intervention come to a final conclusion of this study.The first part is the theory and method of preparation of this paper.In the preliminary preparation,I studied the background of the problem research,the object,purpose and so on.I choose the specific methods of the study include:literature,interviews,observation,these methods provide a detailed basis for this research methodology.The second part is to conduct field research,looking for the elderly problems of cultural activities.Through communication with the elderly and other residents living in the community,community workers and other staff members working in community neighborhood committees,I discovered the Cultural Construction Problems.Finally,from the "increased concern of the community policy," "improve the software and hardware infrastructure construction","to meet the needs of older persons themselves" and "to seeking external professional staff support." from the point of view of the cultural construction of four stage of the problems in the elderly.The third part is a professional practice and interventional procedures,I'm looking for a group of older people in the community who want to participate in the activities of form a group,this group has a professional staff,professional goals and professional activities,To analyze the collected data and issues put forward a series of professional advice by professional approach and theory of social work,Mainly in order to see the social work profession and social workers in function in this activity.Understanding social workers and social work profession in practice of the elderly cultural construction in specific and feasible mode of operation,so that the social work can play a practical effect.Finally,according to the information collected,the results of intervention come to a final conclusion of this study.First,social workers need to show the organization's process of group activities in more expertise to help older people to participate in all activities in order to understand the different fun different activities,encouraging them to reach out to more things,broaden its range of horizons.Secondly,the group activities is more a convenient form,whether it is to our study or our practice in elderly cultural activities,because location and familiar people living in the community,so the elderly will be more willing to participate in community activities,Social workers should organize a wealth of cultural activities in the community.Third,the construction and development of community cultural needs of the elderly participate in multiple groups,if you rely on only one or two parties is very difficult to solve these problems.Fourth,self-help Participation of Community Residents is very important,ideas and enthusiasm to actively participate in the whole process is very important,if only the efforts of social workers,we want to make a success in terms of community culture construction is very the elderly difficult.Fifth,the Internet are popular all over the world,we will use it learning and working and living,the elderly also has a strong sense of curiosity for internet,a social worker need to consider the role of the Internet at work,We will make elderly bring more Internet knowledge and skills to enrich the cultural life of older persons in elderly,but also to promote them to realize the value of old age.Finally,community and social workers in the organization of activity requires consideration of various aspects of the elderly,Social workers should minimize or weaken these factors during the activity.The last part is a summary of the entire article,according to research I have come across the six main conclusions.But in the course of the study there are many shortcomings,Recognizing the shortcomings of the study of myself,I believe I will do further research and investigate issues associated in the future,I hope these investigations can help the rapid development of cultural construction of elderly.
