Social Work Involved In The Study Of Elderly Leisure Activities In Urban Communities

With the continuous advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China,the construction of urban communities has received more and more attention.Strengthening the construction of urban communities is conducive to enhancing the sense of belonging and identity of the community residents;it is conducive to promoting the development of urban and rural integration,breaking the urban-rural dual structure system;and conducive to building a socialist harmonious society.With the improvement of the economic level and the advancement of medical standards,the phenomenon of population aging in China is becoming more and more serious.The number of elderly people is increasing year by year,and various social problems derived from aging cannot be solved well,for example,towns and cities.The construction of the community cannot meet the needs of the leisure activities of the elderly in the community.Under the premise of overall stability,the protection of the elderly in their later years is particularly important.In recent years,the state has made community construction an important measure to protect the elderly in their later years.Therefore,the author defines the topic of this article as the social work involved in the study of the elderly leisure activities in urban communities,which is very close to the real life of the elderly.The determination of the title was done under the guidance of the author's tutor.After confirming the research direction,the author began to consult similar research,and through literature research,the elderly leisure activities mainly include two leisure activities at home and abroad.Leisure activities at home refer to leisure activities carried out at home,such as watching TV dramas,reading books,listening to songs,etc.Leisure activities outside are activities near the home,such as jogging,parking,dancing,and exercising in the park.The author selected the X community of Xiaojieji Town,Kailu County,Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia as a research community,and used the field survey method to analyze the Xiaojie Township,Kailu County,Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia,through field visits,observations,interviews with relevant departments and X community seniors.The characteristics of community construction;analyzed the problems existing in the X community construction of Xiaojieji Town,Kailu County,Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia;analyzed the leisure activities of the X community in Xiaojieji Town,Kailu County,Inner Mongolia,Inner Mongolia.The author begins to understand the causes of problems from the professional field of social work,and uses professional methods of social work to solve problems.I hope that social work will involve the study of old-age leisure activities in urban communities,which can provide certain reference value for urban community construction.In order to improve the construction of grassroots communities,meet the diversified needs of the elderly in urban communities,and propose a professional,characteristic and precise development path in line with the local community.This paper is divided into five parts: In the introduction part,the background and significance of the research are first explained,mainly from the question and significance of the study;the main theoretical perspective and research content to interpret the research background and significance.Secondly,through the literature research method,the related research at home and abroad is systematically reviewed and the author's own viewpoint is put forward.Finally,the main research methods and the practical process of the research methods used in this paper are explained.The first chapter expounds the geographical and historical evolution of Kailu County and Xiaojieji Town and the economic development of the area by reviewing the records of Kailu County and the literature.Then through the field interviews and observations,the author introduces the basic situation of the X community in Xiaojieji Town,Kailu County,Tongliao City,and the current situation of the elderly leisure activities in the X community of Xiaojieji Town,Kailu County,Tongliao City.The author grasps the field investigation process.In the case of the community,the situation of the leisure activities of the elderly in the community is sorted out.And summed up the problems existing in the leisure activities of the X community in Xiaojieji Town,Kailu County,Tongliao City.The second chapter is mainly about the practice of group work involved in the study of leisure activities in the X community.The author first explains the rationality and feasibility of the group work involved in the X community community leisure activities research,followed by the specific process of the group work involved in the X community elderly leisure activities research,the author of each process from the needs assessment and group work objectives Detailed descriptions are made in three aspects: determination,group activity plan,activity process and process evaluation.The third chapter is the author's assessment and reflection on the group's work involved in the X community's elderly leisure activities.The author first introduces in detail the current situation of X-age community old-age leisure activities after the group work.The second is to compare the current situation of the elderly community leisure activities in the X community before the intervention of the group work,and evaluate the effect of the group activities through the behavior change of the community elderly and the change of ideas.In this chapter,the author also explains the problems and causes of the group's work involved in the X community's elderly leisure activities.The author's performance is mainly summarized from the practice of group work involved in the X community elderly leisure and recreational activities research;the author through the literature The research and the author's own thinking about the social work involved in the study and practice of the elderly leisure activities in urban communities summarize the reasons for the problems.At the end of this chapter,the author puts forward the construction measures for the elderly community in the X community.This part is summarized by the author's observation of the behavioral changes of the elderly in the X community,the interviews with the elderly in the X community,and the author's own ideas.In the summary section,we first describe the feasibility of social work involvement in the study of elderly leisure activities in urban communities and the reflection of the practice of group activities.Secondly,the author summarized the shortcomings of this study.Finally,the author reviews the entire research process from the previous literature review,contact community,field survey community,community elderly needs assessment,mid-term activity design,development,evaluation,post-field supplemental survey,and analysis results.The performance of the entire process is evaluated.
