| Being neglected on the cultural heritage of Chinese dragon boat sport talent cultivation,and so it were blocked on the dragon boat sport culture heritage.Application of the theory of culture,talent,education sports science,and literature review,questionnaire investigation,expert interview,statistics and logic analysis were used in this paper,so as to study the development of dragon boat culture cultivation,the reality in China,restriction mechanism and development countermeasures.The results show that the present dragon boat culture inheritance in China to focus on five type talents:athletes,coaches and referees,management talent,and dragon boat production personnel,and its age structure,education structure and gender structure are unreasonable.At present also to do with seven talent cultivation issues of the dragon boat culture:the idea fall behind,the target is unclear,the specifications is unknown,absence of the demand,the system is not complete,lack strategies and low-quality talents.In view of the above,we put forward nine development countermeasures:to update idea and improve the training status,to adapt to the demand and clear talent type,to strengthen the leadership and build training system,to boost education and develop training channels,to clear objectives and personnel specifications;to carry out cultural performance and research,to optimize teacher team and strengthen training,to formulate laws and regulations and increase the fund investment,to strengthen coordination and promote cooperation,and so on. |
