In this paper,the basic concept of high school students' political quality as the logical starting point,high school students ' political quality education as the main line,around the high school students' political quality present situation,the causes of high school students' political quality present situation and countermeasures of high school students' political quality education conduct in-depth research,try to grasp the present high school students' political quality,find existing problems and the reasons,explore countermeasures of strengthening and improving high school students'political quality education.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.For high school students' political quality domestic research status were reviewed,elaborated the background and significance of high school students' political quality research,the basic concepts,the research ideas,the research contents and the research methods of this article.The second part introduces the main problems of high school students'political quality.This article applies the method of investigation and study on high school students' political cognition,political emotion,political beliefs,political participation and the main problems involved in the four aspects to conduct overall analysis and contrast analysis.Overall analysis shows that most of high school students' political thought are positive,and their democratic consciousness and independent consciousness are growing.They love the motherland and care about politics.At the same time their political attitude is positive,and they have the strong national sense of responsibility and patriotism.Comparative study shows that high school students of different regions,different family types and financial situation have significant differences in overall political quality.The high school students who come from villages and towns,good family economic situation,single parent families are relatively poor in political quality conditions.The third part analyses the cause of high school students' political quality problems.This part analyses the cause of high school students' political quality from the social level,family level,school level,themselves level.The fourth part introduces the countermeasures of high school students'political quality education.I mainly from the following nine aspects explore the effective countermeasures of high school students' political quality education.The first is to grasp the object' s characteristics and we should adhere to the principle of their aptitude;The second is to improve high school students' political cognitive ability;Third,we should strengthen the patriotism education and enhance the political emotion of high school students;The fourth is to combine with classroom education and join the political belief education into classroom teaching;The fifth is to carry out social practice education to enhance political participation passion;The sixth is to further enhance the thought political lesson teacher's political character,The seventh is to strengthen the exchange and communication with parents to form education resultant force;The eighth is that parents must set up scientific family education;The ninth is to further strengthen the high school students' mental health education.
