Research On The Ideological And Political Quality Situation And Educational Countermeasurel Of High Level Athlete Students In Universities

The cultivation of high level athlete students in universities is an important measure for the implementation to implement the strategy of cultivating sports talents.It is of great significance for the development of sports in our country to train comprehensive sports talents through colleges and universities The smooth development of the ideological and political education for high level athlete students in universities helps to improve the performance of the sports team and the skill level of the athletes,and plays a very important role in the development of the school sports.According to the national requirement,the age of high level test students can't be more than 22 years old,so the age of this group can be determined between 19 to 26 years old,the high level athlete students in the age group are in a very important period from the view of physiology and psychology.This paper makes a comparative study on the ideological and moral qualities of high level athlete students and ordinary college students in universities in Dalian,in order to find out the existing problems of the ideological and political quality of the high level athlete students in universities.According to these problems,this paper puts forward to corresponding countermeasures and provide reference for managers at all levels.In this paper,the analysis method is used to summarize the present research status of the predecessors,and it provides the basic information and theoretical support for writing this article.In the actual survey,the present situation of the ideological and political quality(including three aspects of ideological quality,moral quality and political quality)of high level athlete students and ordinary college students in Dalian universities are investigated in detail by using investigation and interview method and case interview method.According to statistics and results,there are very significant differences between Dalian high level athlete students and ordinary college students in learning motivation,pursuit goals,collective consciousness,credit awareness,consciousness of responsibility,job preference and motivation of joining the party,but there is no significant difference in political belief and patriotism.Through the further induction and analysis,it can be seen that comparing with ordinary students in universities,there are the following problems in the ideological and political quality of high level athlete students-ecological motivation is relatively utilitarian,collectivism and social responsibility consciousness is relatively weak,integrity consciousness is not strong,psychological problems are special.In view of the problems in the ideological and political quality of the high level athlete students in universities in Dalian,this paper analyzes the ideological and political problems of high school athlete students in Dalian from individual factors,family factors,school factors and social factors,and probes into the understanding and countermeasures of the ideological and moral status of high level athletes in Dalian.This article believes that the ideological and political quality education of high level athlete students in Dalian universities should cooperate with each other in the four aspects of improving personality training,carrying on home school cooperation,changing school education model and creating good social environment.We should work together to form a joint force to help the high level athlete students have a comprehensive development.
