Research Of Tolerance Education In The School

Tolerance is the theme of the current era,which is of great significance to alleviate contradictions and conflicts.In the school,the implementation of tolerance education can help teachers to treat students differences objectively,to face their queries positively,to treat their fault rationally,to accept their offence calmly,and to accept their human weaknesses sincerely.This paper takes the connotation of tolerance education as the starting point of the study to analyze its necessity and limit,by analyzing phenomenon of lacking tolerance education in some sides and its existing reasons,it is to seek strategy to make better.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.It begins from the need for tolerance education in the worldwide processing and personal interest in our school,which points out the research purpose.Secondly,it generalizes the research status of both at home and abroad.Finally,it explains the research process and the methods.The second part is the interpretation of tolerance education,which mainly includes:the meaning of tolerance education,the necessity of implementing it,and the difficulties and its boundary.Understanding?respect?trust and tolerance are what teachers react to their students'difference?query?fault even offence and weaknesses of human nature,this is what tolerance education all about,which runs throughout the teaching process.Nowadays with the international and domestic social development,to reach the real pursuit of education and to promote well-developed mind and body of students,tolerance education is a great need.But,teachers' unprincipled and unrestricted tolerance will finally lead to tolerance education destruction and failure of educational activity.Tolerance education has its boundary which means the sense and the law.The third part examines the present situation of our tolerance education,and talk about successful sides slightly,while the emphasis is on discussion the lack of tolerance education.This paper discusses our lack of tolerance education specifically in the following five aspects,indifference?one-sided understanding?none of subject teachers' business?pampering and non-persistency.The fourth part analyzes the deep reasons of our lacking of tolerance education.It analyzes the following four aspects one by one:the dislocation of teachers' education function?inaccurate role definition?tense school education atmosphere and teachers' low quality.The fifth part puts forward the strategy to make tolerance education fully prosperous.By respecting and acknowledging the students' individual differences?understanding and helping them to solve queries?treating their fault correctly?faced with their offence calmly and accepting their human weaknesses to set up an educational idea of tolerance.By positioning the role of teachers themselves and establishing the equal and conversational relationship between teachers and students to reposition.Through tolerant education to shape tolerance,and develop tolerance of the campus culture to build the school educational atmosphere of tolerance,as well as to make efforts to improve teachers' own quality.
