Study On The Relationship Between Investment And Development Of The Higher Vocational Education In Hubei Province

With the development of society and economy,all countries make great efforts in the construction of vocational and technical education.And regard these educational institutions as a base to train large quantities of technical skilled persons.Then output these talents to the required fields to contribute to the rapid development of social economy.Highly qualified technical and skilled personnel play an important role in the social and economic development.Hubei Province,as a leader of central China,in addition to the advantages of geographical location,economic position and the industrial structure,education in Hubei province is also evident.Hubei Province can also be called vocational education province for higher vocational education in Hubei Province accounted for half of higher education.Higher vocational education development in Hubei Province affects the development of higher education in Hubei Province.It also determines the output of the higher vocational technical skilled personnel.And it also restricts the development of new industries,new agricultures and new services.Therefore it is essential to research the relationship between investment and development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education.In addition,there was few research about the relationship between investment and development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education before,which determines the necessity of this research.This paper analyzes the relationship between investment and development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education by finishing the literatures,collecting data.And this paper uses comparative analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the relationship between investment and development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education.And then make recommendations accordingly.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is an introduction.Introducing the background,significance,the issues raised,the research hypothesis,literature review,research,research methods,indicators established research framework,emphasis and difficult,and innovation and shortage.The second chapter is the theoretical basis.Introducing the human capital theory,the public goods theory,the investment and output theory,the education and the development of economic theory.The third chapter analyses the current situation of investment of Hubei Higher Vocational Education by using relevant data,including the status quo of the investment scale,the status quo of the investment structure,the status quo of investment quality.The fourth chapter analyses the current situation of development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education by using relevant data,including the status quo of the development scale,the status quo of the development structure,the status quo of the development quality.The fifth chapter is correlation analysis.Analyzing the correlation about indexes of investment and development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education,by using SPSS 13.0.The fifth chapter is regression analysis.According to the results of correlation in the fifth chapter,this chapter makes a regression analysis about scale,structure and quality.Then build regression models to explore the indexes which can influence the development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education.The sixth chapter is conclusions and recommendations.Summarizing the investment questions and factors,which can influence the development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education,by surrounding the results of the analysis of relevant data.According to the questions about investment of Hubei Higher Vocational Education,making rationalization proposals about the development of Hubei Higher Vocational Education.
