A Comparative Study On The Development Of Youth School Football Between Shiyan And Wuhan In Hubei Province

In recent years,as a sport,football has been a hot topic.It has been loved,participated and concerned by people all over the world.There are more than 24000 characteristic primary and secondary schools in China.After the completion of the construction of four beams and eight pillars,it will be mainly implemented,not eager for quick success and instant benefit,not formalism,which is the most important experience in the development of Chinese football.However,at this stage of our country,there is a lack of football talents,and football has not achieved brilliant results.The reason is that there are some deficiencies in the cultivation of football reserve talents and the selection of talents.Compared with the football powers in the world,there are still many shortcomings in Chinese football.Compared with other sports,Chinese football is indeed the pain that the fans of the whole country have been in their hearts for many years.In addition to the fakes,gambling,gangsters and other industries,Chinese people have come to the edge of tolerating domestic football.A large number of fans have lost,even evolved into an extremely embarrassing phenomenon.If we want to get rid of the current predicament and get further development,we need to actively reform.Football has to be paid attention to since childhood.The purpose of vigorously developing youth campus football is to improve the number of youths participating in football,to further develop our football,and to make our football reserve team more powerful.The development of youth campus football has important research significance and is an essential and important way of our football reform.By using the methods of literature,interview and questionnaire,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of the development of school football for adolescents randomly selected from two cities in Hubei Province,namely Wuhan(the capital city)and Shiyan(the fourth-tier city in Hubei Province).It also analyzes the willingness of youth students to participate in football,the number of times they participate in football activities,the school leaders' participation in school football.This paper studies the support of football development,the willingness of higher authorities to organize campus football activities,the attitude of parents to carry out school football,the support,the willingness to support children to participate in activities and the current situation of football development in primary and secondary schools.At the same time,based on the current situation,it analyzes the development environment of campus football activities,finds out the problems and puts forward suggestions.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of school football in Hubei Province,and provides a theoretical basis for the development of school football in Hubei Province.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the survey found that the school lacks standard football venues and facilities;(2)the number of football coaches at the grass-roots level is insufficient;(3)although the education background and support structure of football teachers and coaches are relatively reasonable,there are serious deficiencies in football professional skills;(4)it is necessary to carry out various forms of football games in primary and secondary schools,so as to truly achieve popularization and improvement.Combine.(5)the problem of school leadership management is prominent.More than half of Shiyan's schools have neither support nor objection to it,which shows that the football campus development system is poor and the spirit of four beams and eight pillars reform cannot be implemented.The main attitude of school leaders in Wuhan is: based on not violating the requirements of school football reform,they do not want to bear the risk of students' injuries in sports,but the actual situation in Wuhan is better than that in Shiyan.(6)parents value students' achievements rather than what activities they take part in.They have old-fashioned ideas and deep-rooted traditional training methods.Some parents may not have football experience,so they have not paid attention to the information and relevant policies about campus football,which leads to their traditional blocked thoughts.At present,most schools carry out campus football by using extra-curricular activities to carry out football training in interest classes or school teams.The main countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:(1)from the perspective of the government,it is necessary to increase the support for school football,increase financial investment,constantly improve the construction of school football venues and related facilities,and increase the number of grass-roots football coaches;(2)from the perspective of school guidance management,it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of teaching ability of football teachers as a whole.We should introduce high-level talents,encourage primary and secondary schools to develop football textbooks and courses,develop football curriculum system with our own characteristics,improve the teaching status of football teachers in schools,provide strong support for football teachers,and ensure their work can be carried out smoothly.(3)to publicize football to parents,so that parents can understand the significance of participating in football: football can exercise the body,but also exercise the will quality of students,enhance students' confidence to overcome difficulties.Tell parents that the school will let students participate in football without affecting their study.Parents should strongly support students to participate in football.I believe that my children can not only improve their academic performance,but also participate in football happily.Only in this way can we promote the development of China's youth football and enrich the national football talent team.This paper mainly investigates the process of school football activities of teenagers in Hubei Province,and provides some reference for the development of school football in this area and even in the whole country.
