Research On Customer Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Tennis Courts In Xiamen City

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of China's economy,people/s health concept is also rising?The word"health" contains more than just physical health,but also involves the psychological level?Nowadays,more and more people pay attention to physical exercise?With the improvement of our quality of life,as an elegant sport,it is accepted by a growing number of people,and tennis has developed rapidly in Xiamen?Tennis has a high economic value and social value all over the world,also occupies a place in the Chinese commercial sports project?This paper aims to provide some suggestions for the management of tennis venues in Xiamen by studying the customer satisfaction situation of Xiamen tennis courts?In this paper,I has used some study technology,such as literature,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and questionnaire on the Xiamen City tennis venues conducted a field visit.I make the investigation and study from the sports economics,sports management and so on?Satisfaction is a psychological state of mind?as well as a kind of psychological pleasure,which is obtained through some of the needs of customers being satisfied?It has a relative relationship between the customer's pre-expectation of the product or the service and the feeling of actual experience obtained?Satisfaction is the category of psychology research,and it combines customers' time and money consuming,personal expectations,and final achievement of their own goals?The survey concerning Xiamen city tennis customer satisfaction,considers the majority of tennis venues in Xiamen participating in the tennis crowd as a survey object,hoping to find out problems in service from the following aspects,such as the current Xiamen City tennis venues services,environment,technical support and so on?I hope to create more operating profits for the tennis venues on the basis of improving customer satisfaction,because the venue only can obtain good development and provide better service for customers by getting profits?In the study survey of tennis courts in Xiamen City,I found that most tennis venues have the deficiencies,such as low utilization of venues,single model in operating?Some venues' situation is not satisfied,though operating very well,making a lot of profit?Some even make loss many years?According to the survey,it is concluded that the tennis courts in Xiamen are generally satisfied,but the infrastructure of some venues is to be improved?The evaluation of the stadium infrastructure is higher?However,most tennis courts are weak in the condition of first aid measures,especially the staff of the stadium on the existence of the sudden movement of the injury is not related to the emergency treatment capacity;the charges are generally reasonable in that Xiamen City badminton venues use sub-time fees and membership system?reducing the cost of participation of sports?It is not satisfied in tennis equipment related services?I have given some recommendations for tennis venues?Firstly,it needs to strengthen the training of tennis stadium staff first aid ability;Then the rational utilization of tennis venues should be cared about;Additionally,more attention should be paid to the region's leisure mode of service;Moreover,the customer satisfaction feedback evaluation methods,timely processing problems should be established;Last but not least,it should increase the popularity of the venues?...
