Calisthenics is a sport that primary and middle school students must attend daily,each school must for calisthenics effectively development should be paid more attention,calisthenics can be continuously updated routines,abandon the traditional old-fashioned content and forms of organization,can no longer be traditionally organized by the Ministry of education and sports health and art education in our series.According to the study of self calisthenics is implemented in the middle school,creating the students like the self break exercises and practice in schools to promote implementation.This study specific to middle school self creation and promotion of calisthenics as the research object,to 12 implementation of self exercise between classes of middle school teacher of creation,school leaders and Hubei Province Experimental Middle School of Wuchang students,teachers as the research object.Literature research shows that contemporary sports professionals in the break our creation ability is weak,lack of talent of creation,has seriously affected the development of each school campus sports culture.I learn from the self calisthenics frontier theory,scientific research,accurately grasp the development direction of calisthenics self,mainly designed to break exercise creation theory,complete sets of actions of creation,self break our implementation of such research and analysis;combination of theory and practice from the perspective of fuses,and strive to achieve a comprehensive,scientific and practical.This article through literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,field visits survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods,to major urban areas of Wuhan city 12 promotion implementation self calisthenics Middle School of the creation of teachers,school leaders were investigated.On this basis,to explore the theory and practice of creation and promotion of middle school class-break setting-up exercise.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)12 middle schools at present self calisthenics development situation:big break mainly carry out the contents of national unified carry out broadcasting gymnastics and martial arts exercises and self exercise between classes,self setting-up exercises in middle school began to pay attention to;self break exercise duration mainly concentrated in 3-4 minutes and 5 minutes;16072 in the majority of the use of a;compose the majority of teachers for female teachers,age is generally between 26-30 years old,the majority of undergraduate education,some teachers never participated in training and a majority of them are not the professional teacher,professional level relatively deficient.(2)12 middle schools by creating purpose,principles,elements and methods of class-break setting-up exercise showed diverse characteristics.Creating teachers think that compose the most important purpose is to promote the physical health of students;creation of teachers in creating calisthenics must be considered to compose an important principle,composing factor with action elements,music elements and the elements of style,creation of teachers in creating focus will have;most of the creation of teachers selected from the method of transplantation and creation methods,and less use of illegal assembly,which in a certain extent showed lack of innovation level.(3)I wrote the setting-up exercises during the break through in school practice to promote implementation of the effect is very good,summed up the procedure of creation for:preparation stage before creating creating stage-sets the action practice phase of pre-sets the action stages of completion.(4)Popularization of middle school to promote the self setting-up exercises need to meet the conditions:the strong support of the students' needs,school leadership,school faculty of basic security,sports funding investment,the school facilities to meet the basic.Based on the conclusions of this study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)For the shortage of teachers or teacher's special skill is short of the school should encourage teachers in designed operation to compose the aspect of training and learning,all schools can and professional sports colleges and universities listed on the implementation,so as to solve the problem of teachers.(2)In the creation,to the purpose,principle,elements and methods combined with the characteristics of physical and mental development of middle school students choose to compose.For example,in the choice of self calisthenics style,can be combined with the characteristics of campus sports projects,can be self break our contact with the ball,creating a badminton ball gymnastics,basketball and gymnastics,football,gymnastics,table tennis ball gymnastics.(3)Each school should pay attention to self calisthenics to carry out the implementation,the increase of venues and equipment investment,under the allowable conditions can compose 2-3 sets of different self calisthenics,and arrange the specific time to do which of a set or several sets.Can carry out continuous innovation of the self class-break setting-up exercise organization form,content and methods,always give students fresh.(4)Schools can also formulate a feasible incentive system,the arrangement of class active in front of the exercise,and even can be arranged for teachers and students to do self exercise,in order to drive the whole school students to actively participate in self exercise.In addition,through radio,newspaper publicity,the effective protection of self-made calisthenics development atmosphere,so as to better promote the self development of calisthenics.
