| Teaching case is an important content to improve geography teaching effect and quality in senior high school.In order to function properly and improve geography teaching quality,literature research method,comparative research method,and mathematical statistics method are adopted in this paper.The teaching cases in the high school geography compulsory 3 of People Education Press and China Map Press are selected for comparative study.Focusing on comparison of the selection,combination,function about the two editions teaching case,this paper summarizes the common points and different points of two editions and then put forward the optimization suggestions.The conclusions are follows:1.In case selection of the two editions,Both are highly typically.The Yangtze River Delta area and the Pearl River Delta area has been selected by People Education Press,which focus on using cases and great capacity in the "regional sustainable development" module.The case about America has been used in China Map Press.A large number of cases and larger capacity highlights the importance of "geographic information technology" in China Map Press.2.In case combination,Text,images and activity content in internal case of People Edition Press have combine well,also multiple cases combination have received the attention by People Education Press.It was too dependent on text case and in hope of study case for China Map Press.Text,images and activity content in internal case of China Map Press have not combine well.Meanwhile,the proportion of landscape map is too large,the number of activities is too small.3.The case function of two editions can confirm related geography knowledge.The evaluation function and emotion education function of geography teaching case in People Education Press are apparent.The guiding function of geography teaching case in China Maps Press is better.4.Problem of two editions teaching cases:two editions teaching cases are lack of innovation and times.There are great capacity leading heavy learning burden in the "regional sustainable development" module of People Education Press.The selection of case is too small and the length of the small capacity of People Education Press in the "Application of geographic information technology" module.The cases of China Maps Press are lack of instructive.The number of cases is small and the length of the space is not large of China Maps Press.Meanwhile,the proportion of landscape map is too large,the proportion of sketch map and statistical graphs is too small and the number of activities is too small.China Map Press rely on text case and in hope of study case,but not achieve the effect of combination and coordination.5.This paper proposed some optimized suggestions for two editions textbooks.When selected cases,we should focus on the current social problems,grasp the tendency of college entrance examination,and introduce local geography.When associated cases and then digged into the case function,China Map Press should improve the image system and activity system,pay attention to the combination of multiple cases. |
