Local geography is an important resource for strengthening students' regional cognitive ability and cultivating students' key competences in geography teaching.As the most accessible and accumulated knowledge and experience of students in daily life,the application of local geography resources in geography case teaching can not only optimize the teaching method,but also stimulate the classroom vitality,and plays an irreplaceable role in geography education and teaching practice.Taking this as the starting point,the author carries out the research on the application of local geography resources in high school geography case teaching based on human geography.This paper mainly includes the following six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,research significance,literature review,research purpose,research content,research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and concept definition.The theoretical basis of this paper includes constructivism learning theory,humanism theory,example teaching theory,life education theory and situation cognition theory.At the same time,the author defines the local geographic resources,teaching cases and case teaching based on the predecessors' interpretation of relevant concepts.The third chapter is the general situation of the cultural and local geographical resources in the reclamation area of Shihezi.Firstly,the general information of the study area is described,and then the population,traffic,agriculture,industry and cultural resources of Shihezi reclamation area are sorted out from the perspective of human agrestic geography.The fourth chapter is the investigation of the application of local geographical resources in high school geography case teaching.It is concluded that there are some prominent problems in the current research area,such as the teachers' cognition of local geography needs to be strengthened,the application of case teaching is not high,the case teaching and research activities of local geography are lack,and the students' cognition of local geography is fragmented.This paper puts forward some corresponding strategies,such as strengthening the training of teachers' local geography knowledge,flexibly using case teaching according to the learning situation,actively carrying out the teaching and research meeting of local geography case preparation,and constructing the knowledge framework of students' local geography system.The fifth chapter is an example of the case teaching design of local geography.Firstly,the application conditions and application principles are analyzed,and then the teaching design work of humanistic local geography resources in high school geography case teaching is carried out.Based on the teaching materials and related curriculum contents,the author compiled the "population migration of Shihezi","Shihezi,a famous military reclamation city in the process of urbanization","143 regiment of Shihezi Reclamation Area,the hometown of flat peach in China","Shihezi Development Area","Shihezi on Lanxin line","Xinjiang Tianye Group under the mode of circular economy" and "water-saving oasis in Shihezi Reclamation Area" Seven local geography cases of "state agriculture" and teaching design were carried out.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.This chapter summarizes and reflects on the research and puts forward the prospect of future research.
