| In the promotion of the new curriculum reform,high school teacher in charge work is facing the challenge of increasing.The characteristics of high school students decide the particularity of the work of the class teacher,and the teacher in charge has an important influence on the overall healthy development of students.Look at our current high school class management,there are still many problems,mainly concentrated in behind the concept of education,exam oriented education blindly emphasizes the enrollment rate,the teacher in charge work is not reasonable evaluation,social factors influence.High school teacher in charge should be efforts to adapt to the requirements of social development of high school education,change the traditional education idea,clear of senior high school education,and continuously improve the educational environment,constantly updated education mode,continuous improvement of evaluation methods,and continuously enrich the content of education,through the scientific high school class management,and promote the student’s development in an all-round way.High school head teacher work is a complex system engineering,this study is only for the high school class management problems and the reasons for the exploration and research.This thesis consists of five parts:the first part is the introduction.Based on the analysis of research background proposed corresponding problem,and defines the related concepts,combing the relevant research of senior school class management,clarify the current research progress and shortcomings and to verify the significance of the research,determines the research contents and methods.The second part analyzes the current situation,characteristics and existing problems of the high school class management.The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the problem of high school class management.The fourth part is the countermeasure study of the high school class management,the main contents have set up the management concept of "people-oriented","life first,pays special attention to the class management of the internal system and external system and class culture construction.The fifth part is the practice and reflection of high school class management,through practical exploration to improve their awareness of class management,clear the direction of future efforts. |
