The specialization of junior high school class management is directly related to the quality of junior high school teaching.This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method and the interview method.This paper investigates the status of management of seven junior high school classes in the N district of H city.Through comparative analysis,it discusses the problems encountered in the class management process.The problems with teachers are:Teachers are not willing to take the initiative to take the class teacher's work;Class management is seen as a utilitarian tendency;The contents of class rules are insufficient;Participation of teachers in the department in class management is insufficient.The problems with students are:The activities for student development is not enough;Neglecting the cultivation of students' physical quality;Student self-management ability is inadequate.The problems with home&school communication are:Family education is not synchronized with class management;The content and timing of home&school communication are not perfect.Through in-depth exploration of the problems,four reasons are summarized:school policy,teacher ability,students' own ability and home&school communication.According to the problems encountered in class management,through discussions with the teachers of each school,combined with the reality of the school,the paper puts forward the strategies to promote the improvement of junior high school class management:Appling "counselor" to assist class teacher management;Strengthen the training of class teachers and implement the rotation system;Formulate humanized class rules and use positive incentives;Strengthen the training of teachers in the department to participate in class management;Giving a stage of personality development;Strengthen the cultivation of physical quality to ensure the full development of students;Create a good family learning environment;Teachers should deepen their understanding of students.
