From the perspective of the entire school moral education system,class management is the most important part of it,and it is also the only way to shape a good class and study style.Effective class management can benefit every student who is in it.However,in the daily education and teaching work,because the traditional education and teaching mindset has been plagued and bound our working thinking,in addition,the high school in rural areas in China is affected by the pressure of the entrance examination,the teaching conditions of the school and the student source.The class management concept of "personalization" is difficult to implement,and even there is a phenomenon of slowing down and disappearing.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform theory,subject teaching is not the whole of high school education,and the innovation and development of class management is particularly important.Therefore,this paper mainly studies three issues:(1)What is the current' situation of class management in Shidian?(2)What are the shortcomings in the class management process of the class teacher?(3)How to dig out the class management in the class teacher In the question,propose an optimization strategy in a targeted manner?In this study,some high school students from the First Complete Middle School of Shidian County,Baoshan City,Yunnan Province were selected as the research object.The first complete middle school in Shidian County was used as the county in the rural area.Due to the loss of good students,the students were not active in learning.The area has a certain representativeness.In the research process,the author used two methods often used in the theoretical circle.One is the questionnaire survey,which understands the situation from four different dimensions,namely class construction,classroom management,class activities,and home-school cooperation.After the incorrect questionnaire was deleted,the effective questionnaires for teachers and students were 893 and 40 respectively;the second was the in-depth interview method.According to the statistics and analysis of the collected valid questionnaires,it is found that there are the following five problems in the class management of Shidian First Class:First,the concept of people-oriented and democracy has not been infiltrated into the management of the class teacher.Second,Class system is not perfect,students lack identityThirdly,the class environment construction is not paid enough attention,the teacher-student relationship needs to be strengthened.Fourth,the class activities are not rich enough,and there is no new meaning.Fifth,the communication channels with parents are narrow,and the communication effectiveness is not guaranteed.The author analyzes the reasons for these problems.Based on this premise,the author puts forward the optimization strategy from the following aspects:First,the management concept is updated,the class teacher should firmly establish the lifelong learning concept and make breakthroughs in the management mode,which requires the class teacher to provide learning opportunities and enable them to get Professional growth.Second,the system construction cannot be the "speaking hall" of the class teacher.It is necessary to listen to the opinions of the students extensively and establish a perfect and fair reward and punishment mechanism.Third,environmental construction should be improved from the physical environment and psychological environment to provide students with a good environment for growth.Fourth,the activities should be carried out,and the content should be flexible and lively.With colorful activities as the carrier:,students should develop their social practice ability and use the class to create a good class style.Fifth,establish an intimate partnership with parents and get support from all walks of life to form an educational synergy.
