The class is the most basic unit in the quality education of students,and it is also the smallest unit of implementation of school management and strategy implementation.From the perspective of the quality education of students,strengthening class management is the key point to improve the management of the whole school.In the class management practice,the teacher in charge with the diversified management theory and management mode,to promote students' Ideological and moral quality,ability and personality,physical and psychological and other comprehensive development.The Wei Chen Sihong County,Jiangsu Province,high school teacher as the research object,take literature review method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and system analysis method,the interview method,the study of rural junior middle school teachers' quality.On the base of literature review at home and abroad,through the investigation and analysis of the case and found that the problems existing in the rural junior middle school teachers' quality is the scientific literacy is not high,communication capability is not strong,lack of motivation of learning and research,ideological and moral cognitive biases,reflection and critical lack of;the reasons from society,school and teacher own,including the teacher in charge of social awareness is not high,teacher exchange mechanism,lack of teacher evaluation system is not perfect,teacher in charge of a class to improve do not have a strong sense of personal qualities etc..For rural junior middle school teachers' quality problems and their causes,this paper puts forward the basic principles and Countermeasures to enhance quality of a teacher in charge of a class,the three principles is the stage principle,standardized principle,comprehensive principle,five countermeasures are strengthening teacher training,improve the scientific quality;platform to build,strengthen communication and interpersonal skills;improve the mechanism,stimulating learning motivation and study;creative atmosphere construct correct moral cognition;innovation oriented,pay attention to the reflection and criticism.The head teacher's work is the basis of the school work,through a variety of ways to improve the quality of the teacher in charge,can fundamentally change the status quo of rural junior middle school education,realize the goal of compulsory education.
