After the founding of the PRC, especially since the reform and opening, our China's Government develops the basic education actively; compulsory education has been made great development in rural areas. At present, China has basically solved the issue of"difficult to go to school"of the rural children, "good learning" has become the target for people.To achieve this goal, we must continue to expand funds and hardware support in rural development, but what's more important is to solve the issue of enhance the teachers'level."The gap between urban and rural teachers is mainly in the levels, so teachers'levels decide the quality of education directly."The development of education in our country has entered a new stage of development, in this new historical stage, it is necessary to improve the quality of education, but what's more important is to improve the quality of teachers. In China's education system, rural education plays a vital role in the rural economy and rural social development. Therefore, enhance the rural teachers, concern about their problems, analyze the qualities of them, and give reasons and propose solution is very necessary in our country's new historical stage.In this paper, we give a rural area junior high school for case, through questionnaire, interviews; we collected data and analyzed it. Combination the school's practice, and use relevant data and literature, we analyze the quality of rural teachers in current situation and analysis the influencing factors.Through research, we analyze the current rural teachers'qualifications from the structure, age and seniority structure, subject structure, title structure, professional affection, education and scientific research and the use of modern tools of educational technology in this paper, we point out the impact factors which effect the quality of rural teachers, and give a viable path to enhance the quality of rural teachers.
