There are so many badminton athletes have gotten outstanding performances in the world championships, Thomas Cup, and the Uber Cup, Sudirman Cup and other badminton competitions for the past few years. That's why badminton has become more and more popular in our nation. Many people are eager to learn how to play badminton and how to play it well. Beijing, the capital of China, is the first place to start rolling. Some people sensed the business opportunity of this area, and began to set a plan on this. So the amateur badminton training clubs came into being. In order to help people to become healthier and to have fun, those clubs lunched lessons to provide professional training of badminton. However, with the need of learning badminton and the badminton fans increased, whose clubs which depended on marketing gradually exposed various problems.This paper based on the marketing theory of marketing services, taking three badminton clubs--- "the Amateur Badminton Club", "Sidagao Amateur badminton Training Clubs" and "Power the United States Amateur Badminton Training Clubs" as the examples. Through the methods of literature, survey, case analysis and interviewing the three training clubs, I analyzed the basic situation of three training clubs and clubs of each marketing strategies.Here are the conclusions:(1) rent large sudden situation(2) based on market price in training is uneven(3) the old and the new training institutions there are vicious competition(4) promotion way is relatively single(5) the lack of employee training again(6) environment has the irreversibility(7) service process are different Research in these conclusions include the following seven points:(1) the reasonable design marketing mix strategy(2) increase the badminton training specialty programs(3) considering both inside and outside set price the cost of training(4) cooperate with entities shop love promotional content increase(5) establish a regular staff training mechanism(6) make full use of the propaganda ability(7) training scientific design flow...
