The Investigation Of The Hubei Province Badminton Referees Club Training Mode

Badminton referee is an important part of badminton sport, ensure the smooth and the fair of a game. The growth and the improvement of whole team of badminton referees directly affect the development process of badminton sports [1-3]. Therefore, it’s imperative to train a team of badminton referee with high comprehensive quality, strong professional ability, and have the ability to enter into international ranks.In allusion to improve the requirements of Hubei badminton referee, especially sophisticated badminton referee. Under the leadership and organization of Sports Council of Hubei province, Badminton association of Hubei province, Sports Council of Wuhan, and Wuhan badminton association, we have established Hubei Badminton referee club, and strengthen training for badminton referee. We firstly select and training badminton referee by club style in our country, the results are remarkable. There are 26 national-level referees, more than 60 national one level referees, and more than 100 national two level referees. In Wuhan Badminton Asia Championships, more than 25 referees from Hubei badminton referee club participated in the arbitration of the competition, more and more referees join into national even intercontinental games. Hubei province organized more badminton competitions in these years, capacity of Hubei referees improved a lot in those games, and this offers protection for the development of badminton sport in Hubei province even around the country, and provides a new method and pathway to develop badminton referee.In this paper, we have already researched and analyzed the present conditions of Hubei badminton referee club by the method of documents, investigation, questionnaire, interviewing, and statistics. To deeply investigate personal basic information, knowledge structure, selection and assign condition, training and re-learning condition, capacity improvement and management of members of badminton referee club. Summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of badminton referee club training mode, and scientifically analyze and make suggestions to the influence factors of the problems. The conclusions of this research are as follows:1. Sex ratio, age, referee rank of club members is reasonable. In terms of occupation, those making up the largest proportion are teachers, students, and sports industry professionals. The English level and computer level of club members remains to be improved2. In the aspect of training, according to club train mode, the club succeed in selection, training, assigning, assessment, promotion, capacity building. Selection expansion, training process strictly, assignment diversification, relearning mode enrichment as features of the club.3. In the aspect of management, a majority of the members satisfied to the rewards and punishment system and income level. Most of the members are willing to participate in activities, thus formed a good atmosphere.4. The advantages of badminton referee club training mode are including:1). Strengthen the training of young referees.2). It is beneficial to form study environment 3). It is beneficial to judgment work.4). Improve the ability of referees.5). It is beneficial to form the sense of congregate honor and cohesion.5. The problems are as follows:1). Lack of referee with high level.2). Ignoring the training of basic level of badminton referee.3). Lack of competition mechanism in referees.4). The contradictions between work and referee matters.5). Training methods need to improve.6). Lack of Social publicities.
