| With Internet and information technology bringing the development from industrial economy to knowledge economy era,new occupations have sprung up,especially in the IT field.The demand for talents of these new occupations focus on both the quality and the quantity.And with the refined social division of labor,University graduates can't meet the demand of market.Online Smart-Specialization is a new form solve these problems under the background of Open Educational Resources Movement and MOOCs.This paper discussed the development of Smart-Specialization,and analyzed its features aiming to provide references to higher education and enterprise training.Finally,it summarized the Smart-Specialization's developing condition and its developing tendency.In the thesis,qualitative and quantitative(i.e.,case study,comparison,survey analysis and content analysis method)were applied to solve the research questions.Starting with the the features of Smart-Specialization,the origin and development of Smart-Specialization were introduced,especially focusing on career-oriented talent training mode with smart specialization courses content and the concept development.The second part is the summary of the theoretical and practical researches of five programs on online education platform with the talents training patterns.The career-oriented talent training mode of Smart-Specialization has brought new changes and features to the University and enterprise.In the third part,I put forward some suggestions for an ideal Smart-Specialization in order to enhance students' employment competence,highlighting the characteristics of talent cultivation.In a conclusion,1)the innovation of Smart-Specialization based on the refined social division of labor.2)The realization of vocation-orientation is through project-based learning.3)The characteristics of marketability is embodied in the evaluation model connecting talent market.4)Knowledge flow among different areas develop vocational education.5)Learners build vocational competency through independence learning with the openness of Smart-Specialization.In the future,Online education platform can increase the professionalization of added value through professional project and enterprise cooperation.Implementation based on Smart-Specialization pattern in colleges and universities teaching reform will build a bridge of employment,to lead a new ecological professional settings.Talent evaluation can become a way of talent cultivation external quality evaluation system.Also professional Smart-Specialization will make reorientation of teachers'profession.Enterprise talent strategy changes from the "recruitment then training"model to "training and assessment then recruitment" mode.The new research direction will be produced,for example the analysis of university professional learning for future career.What's more,Smart-Specialization will help for lifelong learning. |
