Research On The Design,Development And Implementation Of Middle School Students' Career Planing Online Course

With the development of the Internet,especially the prevalence of MOOCs since 2012,online courses has become an important means of realizing basic education informatization.As an important form of information technology education,online course plays an increasingly important role.In recent years,although the domestic exploration programs on the network gradually increase.However,compared with foreign,domestic online courses don't play out the advantages of the network in real classrooms.About career planning courses,domestic online courses are mostly concentrated in the universities.But the network course for middle school students'career planning aspects is relatively less.In connection with the weak status of the domestic middle school students' career planning education,video China Distance Education Development Center associates with domestic universities and related industries and launches a series of "life career planning" online course.The "explore Occupation:Airlines" as a main course,it uses edX platform to design,develop and carry out the online course.This paper carries out design development and relevant research,in order to provide guidance for a series of"life career planning" courses.The following are the main ideas of this study:Before the course,the research team has did the research of two affiliated to Beijing Normal University,and other high school RDFZ.The survey found:middle school career education is carried out on a small-scale,mainly concentrated in the form of elective courses within the extended classroom.The main object is for their students,their activities are more single,and students' professional experience is inadequate,which is lack of replicability.Based on the literature survey and analysis of domestic and overseas,we found that most foreign middle schools attach importance to students' career planning network curriculum and take it as a required course through legislation.They take advantage of online course to help middle school students to carry out career planning,and imrove students' social competitiveness.By contrast,online course has not yet been valued by domestic middle schools.According to theory of teaching design and curriculum development process,the research and the author design the online course of "Explore Occupation:Aviation" and adopts MOOCs resource,and make courseware.And we use edx teaching platform to organize students to participate in online courses of stud.Conclusion on this study mainly include:from middle school students' learning experience,the number of people began to participate in more,and finally persevered less.From the learning activities participation,the majority of students prefer to explore the contents of the forum,rather than take the initiative to speak,participateing in discussions.About curriculum development,the middle school students were satisfied with course content for web design,especially aviation knowledge and micro-video.According to difficulty of the course content,learning investment and learning experience,there are some differences between junior school students and high school students.Due to edx platform functionality' incomplete development and the speed,middle school students based on interactive experience edx platform is not very satisfactory.Finally,this paper presents some improved curriculum recommendations:Strengthening the depth of online communication.Providing interesting,diverse forms of learning content.Optimizeing learning content gradient;Adhere to the combination online and offline to play school teachers role on face-to-face communication.Completing edX platform to contuct its secondary development.
