| In these years,many vocational graduates can’t find jobs in the talent market,while companies are increasingly difficult to recruit skilled and good workers,this problem reflects the vocational education which can not adapt to the needs of and social development.Social demand is the biggest motivation and direction of vocational education.Secondary vocational education as an important part of vocational education,it assume personal training of the school primary technician and middle technician and skilled workers task.But personal training mode of our secondary vocational education always makes the school as the only and main body,the vocational course and practice out of touch,graduates manipulative ability and occupational qualities are too bad,they are lack of competitive power in labor market.Under such situations,secondary schools in our country build and carry out Modern Apprenticeship which can promote the talent training quality in our country and solve the problem of the graduates can’t find the jobs and the companies are difficult to bring in the workers.Modern Apprenticeship is a kind of advanced vocational education mode,its characteristics include: the double body of school and companies,the double teaching of school teachers and companies,specialized match to the industry demand,course contest match to professional standard,teaching process match to productive process,develop the vocational education system and employment system,it can not promote the talent training quality of vocational school,but also it meet the demand of economic and social development.In this research,writer uses survey method and interviews to conduct survey in four vocational school.Through investigation and find out Modern Apprenticeship in vocational school has made some achievements: Modern Apprenticeship in vocational school is accepted by teachers and students;multi-type ways of teaching evaluating have been reflected initially;gradually consummate professional qualification certificate system.However,some problems have come up during promoting and implementing of Modern Apprenticeship: the lack of vocational education laws and regulations;the lack of fund mechanism;the lack of exciting and restraining mechanism in company and school-company cooperation in a shallow level;curriculum scheme,teaching hours,specialized course cannot content company’s demand,students’ rights aren’t fully guarantied;lack of quality supervision and evaluation mechanism;teachers are lack ofpractice experience;lack of the mentors of company identification and supervision;lack of the part-time teachers from companies and pre-service training;lack of double teachers incentive mechanism.Focus on these problems,this research put forward effectively to boost the suggestion of Modern Apprenticeship in vocational schools,from two parts : optimize external environment of Modern Apprenticeship of vocational school and build perfect internal standard. |
