With the rapid development of China's economy and society,in the context of economic transformation,the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded,and various industries have continued to innovate.The development of enterprises has also increased the demand for their employment,and the demand for skilled and skilled personnel has increased significantly..Solving the shortage of social technology skills talents has become the development goal of vocational education,and the development of vocational education highlights its importance.Starting from the “modern apprenticeship” training model in 2014,the Ministry of Education has carried out three batches of modern apprenticeship pilot projects,initially establishing 165 modern apprenticeship pilot units,and in 2018 passed the third batch of 194 pilot units,modern The introduction of the apprenticeship training model has greatly promoted the development of current vocational education.This paper attempts to investigate and analyze the current status of the implementation of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools.This paper mainly studies the implementation status of the pilot program of modern apprenticeship secondary vocational schools in Guizhou Province.Through the study and analysis of the research materials of modern apprenticeships at home and abroad,this paper puts forward important measures for the pilot training of modern apprenticeship talents in Guizhou secondary vocational schools.This paper analyzes the current status of the implementation of the modern apprenticeship pilot program in Guizhou Province,and seeks the development path suitable for the modern apprenticeship system in Guizhou secondary vocational schools.This paper uses the literature research method and the investigation method to conduct a survey on the pilot schools of secondary vocational schools in Guizhou Province,summarizes and analyzes the problems in the implementation of the pilot schools,and uses the relevant theories and viewpoints of pedagogy to summarize the summary results and finds that the modern apprenticeship system is cultivated.The construction of the model must be completed by the government,schools,enterprises,and students in order to become a complete system.The interaction of the parties in the system makes the pilot run normally.In this paper,through the analysis of the problems in the implementation of the current survey interviews,the paper summarizes and summarizes the problems arising in the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system,and summarizes the four main levels of the paper: government,schools,enterprises,and students.Analysis,and in the final chapter combined with the surveyed questionnaires and interviews and other information data to find out its main problems and propose relevant countermeasures.Finally,the conclusions of the teacher construction,government policy,student training,school construction and training internships in this thesis are summarized.
