| With the rapid development of the world economy and the continuous transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,the demand for talents in all sectors of society has been greatly improved both in quantity and quality,and talents are the first resource.In-depth research and implementation of modern apprenticeship management and education mode,the organic integration of this mode and vocational and technical education can transport a large number of applied and skilled talents for the country,and realize the optimization of talent structure.The implementation of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools meets the requirements of the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" and the policy of "two fundamental changes".History and reality have proved that it is valuable to carry out the exploration of modern apprenticeship management education mode in vocational schools,and the implementation of this education mode can create real benefits,which is worthy of active implementation by all stakeholders.There are opportunities and challenges in the development.It is helpful to improve the development speed and quality of modern apprenticeship by examining the current situation and bottleneck of the development of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools and analyzing its methodology.As a secondary vocational school,G has always been firmly promoting modern apprenticeship,studying the specific status quo of the development of modern apprenticeship management in G school,starting from the real bottleneck of a school that has carried out modern apprenticeship for many years,we can really think from the problems and seek conclusions from the examples.The research of this paper is based on the necessity of the organic combination of modern apprenticeship and secondary vocational education.Through questionnaire survey and interview,we have carried out a survey of G school which has carried out modern apprenticeship,collected first-hand information,examined the current situation and bottleneck of the implementation of modern apprenticeship in G school,and put forward the Countermeasures for G school to carry out modernapprenticeship management.It can be seen from the research that due to the lack of cognitive channels and difficulties for modern apprenticeship,the exploration and innovation of modern apprenticeship need long-term efforts,the process of implementing modern apprenticeship has encountered certain difficulties,the lack of sense of ownership of modern apprenticeship,and the differences in the specific interests of each subject,leading to the implementation of modern apprenticeship in G school In the process,the following bottlenecks are encountered: in terms of cognition,each interest subject has a preliminary understanding of modern apprenticeship,but no deep-seated cognition;in terms of training program,there is a preliminary optimization,but no thorough innovation;in the process of practice,there is a master plan,but no complete implementation;each interest subject has the main responsibility,but does not fully establish the sense of ownership;each interest subject There is a preliminary cooperative connection but no solid emotional connection.Therefore,in order to better implement modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools,we should enhance the recognition and recognition of Modern Apprenticeship of all subjects;the traditional talent training mode needs to be changed into a new talent training mode;deepen the practice effect of Modern Apprenticeship of all parties;strengthen the sense of responsibility of all parties;and close the interests and emotional ties of all parties.The research of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools in China has a long way to go and has a bright future. |
