On May 2,2014,the State Council of the People’s Republic of China issued the "Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education",making specific requirements for the development of pilot modern apprenticeships.It signifies that modern apprenticeship has become an important strategy for national human resource development.Based on this background,this thesis takes the connotative characteristics of modern apprenticeship as a logical starting point,takes work-based learning and collaborative education theory as theoretical guidance,and aims to solve practical problems in the operation of modern apprenticeship pilot projects in secondary vocational schools,focusing on the following three Important question: What is the current status of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools? What’s the problem? What’s causing these problems? How to improve the effect of the modern apprenticeship training model in secondary vocational schools?In response to the above problems,firstly,the connotation and theoretical analysis basis of the modern apprenticeship system were clarified through the analysis of relevant literature;secondly,through the questionnaire survey method,Yunnan J School participated in the survey of 500 students majoring in the modern apprenticeship system new energy vehicle maintenance,from education Investigate four aspects: education mechanisms,talent development model,teaching staff and management mechanism,and present the survey results objectively;Third,an analysis of the effectiveness of the project and the results of the questionnaire survey,followed by an analysis of the problems and reasons for the operation of the project based on in-depth interviews with the school teachers,company directors,company masters and apprentices involved in the project.Fourthly,according to the national pilot implementation plan of modern apprenticeship and the needs of the industry and enterprises,we propose strategies with application value,hoping to build a local or our school’s modern apprenticeship model and develop new ideas for the reform and development of modern apprenticeship in Yunnan secondary vocational education.Further analysis of the reasons for these problems is mainly in the areas of inadequate construction of interest mechanisms and lack of supporting policy support;incomplete teaching standards and lagging curriculum systems;lack of incentives for promotion of dual tutors,incomplete appraisal and evaluation mechanisms,lack of peripheral management supervision,and lack of relevant laws to protect rights and interests.Synthesizing the above,this thesis proposes feasible improvement strategies and recommendations in four dimensions: education mechanisms,talent development model,teaching staff and management mechanism,in the hope of providing reference for other pilot institutions’ projects.
