The research of the village's publicity originated from the realistic reflections of the atomic phenomenon,alienation phenomenon and the crisis of the village's publicity in the village.The characteristics of the village's publicity are different in different historical periods.In the traditional period showed the family correlation publicity.In the collectivization period showed the administrative correlation publicity.In the individual period showed the resolution of publicity.From the existing academic research points,the crisis of the village's publicity has been an indisputable fact.Scholars discussed the causes of the crisis of the village publicity from different angles and how to construct or reconstruct village publicity from different aspects.But mostly discussed were from some aspects,such as the construction of village organization,the village cultural construction.So the researches lack the study on the construction process of publicity and the integrity.In a modern society of the diverse interests,the publicity is significant in the integration of diverse sectors of society and social cohesion,etc.This study selected Heba village of Ganze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan province as the research object and did the depth of field research.The interest connection and emotion connection are the clues to explore how to construct the publicity in the Heba village.Interest connection refers to the interest is the tie of individual interests to a village-community and the formation of village community is based on individual interest needs.Village industry is the carrier of the villagers interests link.For village industries in Tibetan,on the one hand,it relying on the government's policy,on the other hand relying on the village green power,which plays an important role in the development of villages industry and the construction of public.Endogenous forces include the village elite,village organizations and villagers collective action.Because the public interest,village Elite plays the "public" role,and use their own resources and capabilities to promote the development of the industry,then promote villagers to participate village industrial and cooperation between them,the villagers.Villagers is the producer of the public rule.When the individual interests is blocked,farmers will choose the cooperation,then the village organization is produced.The organization provide the persistent power for the participation of the villages.Due to the link of villagers' interest and the government policies and interest stimulate and constraint,villagers become actors in individual villages public life.With fewer and fewer intersection between villagers,the interest association between them is also slowly weakening and villagers became atomic individuals.In Tibetan,the unique Tibetan culture and heritage villages in the historical development promote the village space,communication and authority.Emotional connection makes the private space into the public space,and because of the emotional needs and the common religion makes temple become equality public space.Traditional entertainment activities as a way to meet and emotional communication between the villagers,Weddings and funerals ia their own affair,but in the village becomes public affairs,the villagers construct the interaction and mutual assistance in the entertainment.Due to village committee do much things for villagers,it get support and recognition,then established the authority.Villagers fear the traditional exhibit emotional,so the authority of the village elders unshakable,it promote the construction of the village public authority.Based on the above analysis,First,the construction of village public should pay attention to the integrity and comprehensiveness,and the emotional connection and the interests connection are equal importance on the construction of public nature.Second,the rural area in Tibetan should actively foster and play endogenous forces in village.Relying on the endogenous forces to develop village industry and make it because a carrier benefit coupling between the villagers.Third,we should exert the function of traditions and unique cultural traditions in Tibetan,then construct emotional connection between the villagers.
