| 400 meters of track and field sports belong to the Speed Physical endurance sports,which is also a repetitive,cyclical sport with single structure action.Energy supply is mainly anaerobic metabolism-based,including phosphate raw sugar supply system and anaerobic glycolysis for energy systems.According to the characteristics of the race,for athletes of 400 meters,to improve the training exercise capacity should primarily develop competency-based glycolytic energy supply system.Therefore,how to mobilize the body’s promise in an athlete,and adapt to the exercise load during training to improve exercise capacity,while also avoiding the body to produce discomfort reaction even overtraining and sports injuries,it is no doubt a major test for coaches ‘s training.Through long-term training practice,in order to achieve scientific training,it is essential through a number of changes in physiological and biochemical indexes to monitor the physical condition of athletes in training and competition.In this study,literature,expert interviews,tracking studies,mathematical statistics are used to analyze the physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes of women’s400m in Shandong Province to get the index for each training load change reactions.Here are the following conclusions:1 Throught analyzing the Training Monitoring Indexes of Women’s 400 m Athletes in Shandong Province,the choice of red blood cells,hemoglobin,white blood cells,hematocrit,serum creatine kinase,blood urea nitrogen,serum testosterone and other physiological and biochemical indicators is reasonable and effective to monito training these indicators and can effectively response the changes in bodily functions athletes.2 Hemoglobin for training load intensity has high sensitivity,when hemoglobin is high in athletes,athletes are in better functional state.Small training load does not reduce hemoglobin value.Long-term large load training in motion athletes can easily fatigue,according to the diminution of the value of hemoglobin and red blood cell count in combination,RBC backlog carried predict in advance.3 Serum creatine kinase for training load intensity has high sensitivity.It can effectively response the change in training load strength.Training intensity,the higher the serum creatine kinase values.Under the same training load,the higher the level of athletes the later the highest value it appears the more late.4 Compared with aerobic exercise,the anaerobic energy supply 400 m project is equally sensitive to blood urea.Blood urea has a higher sensitivity to training load and load intensity and it can effectively respond to the changes in load.When the training load increases,its value also increases rapidly.5 Serum testosterone has higher hereditary,we can not unilaterally considered serum testosterone is sensive to training load,but we can combine it with other indicators to evaluate the training effectiveness of 400 m athletes.It may reflect the changes in the functional state of the athlete and the training load the adaptation.6 Leukocyte has high stress to movement,although it can not be used to evaluate the training load,but according to the value of white blood cell recovery after training it can assess whether the athlete physical condition to be restored. |
