Company G,a local branch of an 020 corporation in the online education industry,applies systematic products and services for traditional education institutions.Due to the lack of scientific supply demand managements,products provided hardly match with customer demands,and there are a series of problems such as inefficiency and simple product.This article identifies Company G's customer demands downstream the supply chain,and help the company choose products that satisfy customers.This article identifies the customer demands downstream the supply chain,simplifies them and sort the respective weights that are worked out,adopting a method that combines the Kano model and the rough number model.In the study questionnaires are designed based on Kano model to collect data,by analyzing which we can confirm which category the customer demand belongs,and then simplify them.Then collect data by questionnaires based on Rough number theory,calculate the simplified initial weight of the terms.Lastly plug initial weights into Kano model,figure out the final weights and sort them.With the category and weights of the terms,the author did comprehensive analysis on products,concluded the quality category and importance of products,and gave reasonable suggestions to Company G on the supply of products.This article identifies and analyzed Company G's customer demands downstream the supply chain,makes clear the contents,categories and degrees of customer demands,and thus provides directions to Company G to make scientific managements and dynamic tracing of customer demands.The methodology can also be used in other brunches of the corporation,and enlightens the analysis on customer demands of other products similar in nature.
