| In order to promote the all-round development of China’s youth,In 2004,following the development of The Times,the general administration of sport of China vigorously supported camp education and built youth outdoor camps.With national policy support,Beijing International Youth Camps develop rapidly,facing the development of the problem is more obvious.To youth outdoor camp to healthy and continuous development in our country,this study adopts the on-the-spot investigation method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics research methods,taking the Beijing international youth camp’s educational function demand priority as the research object,based on the review of relevant literature,field investigation,expert interview,this study from youth development of outdoor camp at home and abroad first,and puts forward the existing problems in the development of China’s current youth camp outdoors.Then,using Delphi method to develop standards of Kano model questionnaire,based on the standard kano model questionnaire,the priority of the educational functional demands of the youth camp was identified,the functional attributes of the educational functional demands were obtained,and the satisfaction quartile was drawn based on the satisfaction coefficient,according to the results of the satisfaction figure in four intuitively analyze each education function add or remove the changes caused by the satisfaction degree,and thus able to draw the conclusions:1.The individual personalized functional dimension is the attractive quality,the physical quality development functional dimension is the one-dimensional quality,the socialized functional dimension is the must-be quality,and the intellectual development functional dimension is the indifferent quality.2.Field survival,learning to share and military capability should be developed as a priority in attractive quality.The development of leadership in the one-dimensional quality should be given priority.Improving teamwork,natural education and cultural transmission are the must-be quality.3.The degree of change in satisfaction caused by the increase or elimination of educational functions in each camp is different,reflecting the expectation of students on the enhancement or weakening of educational functions in different camps. |
