Through the research on the opportunity of group B women's volleyball competition in the University Department of Jiangsu Province's 19th Games,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot observation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to study 11 women's volleyball teams in the final stage of group B women's volleyball competition in the University Department of Jiangsu Province's 19th Games.The purpose of the investigation and Study on the women's volleyball teams in Jiangsu Province is to find out the running status of the women's volleyball teams in Higher Vocational Colleges through the research on the five aspects of athletes,coaches,management of sports teams,sports training and competition system,in order to compete in Higher Vocational colleges.Some thoughts and suggestions are provided for the development of technical volleyball and campus volleyball.Research shows:1.The women's volleyball team members of Jiangsu higher vocational and technical colleges mainly come from ordinary middle schools.More than 88%of the players have no volleyball foundation.72%of the players have been trained for two years.55%of the players are between 165 cm and 170 cm in height,and only 1.6%of the players are over 180 cm in height.2.The female volleyball players in Jiangsu Vocational and Technical Colleges mainly train in after-school and evening time.The average training time is 3 to 4 times a week,about 1-2 hours each time.There is a big contradiction between learning and training.The incentive mechanism of each school for athletes is not perfect,which affects the improvement of athletes' technical and tactical level to a certain extent.3.The 11 teams who participated in the finals of the 19th Jiangsu Province Women's Volleyball Team B of the Ministry of Higher Education(hereinafter referred to as the 19th)have basic offensive and defensive tactical system in addition to the top four.The other 7 teams are basically based on the hair cushion,few pass-and-button organizations attack,and the level of the competition is very high,but the overall technical and tactical level is very low.4.The coaches of the 11 teams leading the team in the 19th finals are all from the physical education and Sports Training Majors of teachers' colleges and sports colleges.Their ages are mainly between 35 and 45 years old,and their educational background is above undergraduate level.The middle and senior professional titles are the main ones,and the overall level of Teachers is good.5.The coaches' experience of Volleyball in the 19th finals is general,and their knowledge of volleyball techniques and tactics is largely limited to the teaching field.In the past five years,they have participated in less volleyball-related training;the incentive system and incentive mechanism for coaches are not in place,and the coaches' opinions are larger.6.Coaches have a speculative mentality to cope with inspection in the formulation and implementation of training plans.The training process is mainly based on experience and subjective judgment.It is not rigorous enough and random.The arrangement of training time and amount for sports teams is more reasonable.Coaches usually undertake a lot of teaching work,to a certain extent,affecting the training.7.The hardware conditions of the training venues and equipment of women's volleyball teams in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province can be well guaranteed,and the coaches' satisfaction is relatively high.The main source of training funds is the special allocation of funds from schools,which is low in the standard of funds and the coaches' opinions are large,and they think that they can not meet the actual needs of training very well.8.Women's volleyball teams in Jiangsu Vocational and Technical Colleges are mainly self-organized by schools,accounting for 90.91%of the surveyed institutions;coaches are basically self-recommended or directly appointed,lacking competition mechanism,and 81.81%of the sports teams are individual coaches.The management of sports teams mainly adopts the system of coaches' responsibility.Coaches bear more responsibilities and pressure.9.The mechanism of women's volleyball matches in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province is very imperfect.Except for the four-year provincial games,there are no matches in peacetime.As soon as the matches are over,the team enters a "dormant" state,which greatly restricts the development of the project.Suggestions:1.Jiangsu Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges should strengthen their efforts,take the initiative and seek innovation in the process of recruiting sports specialty students.Higher level athletes are preferred to enter undergraduate colleges and universities.Higher vocational colleges should intensify their investigation in the recruitment process,establish good cooperative relations with some traditional volleyball schools,control the information resources of athletes in relevant schools in real time,and make breakthroughs in the fields of entrance,employment,tuition fee reduction,credit reduction and exemption.Many aspects give preferential policies to enhance attractiveness.2.In the construction of coaches,first of all,we should mobilize the enthusiasm of coaches,introduce relevant policies,and improve the incentive mechanism of coaches.In training allowance,competition bonus,teaching arrangement,refresher training,evaluation first,scientific research assessment,title promotion and many other aspects,from the coach's point of view,practical policies are introduced to encourage teachers to take the initiative to recruit volleyball coaches.At the same time,we try to introduce Extra-School resources and employ high-level coaches to guide or directly promote volleyball coaches.Take over as a full-time coach,so as to gradually establish a high-level team of coaches.3.In terms of training,we should standardize the system of training competition,implement process monitoring and periodically check and summarize,so as to ensure the quality of training.Coaches scientifically and rigorously formulate training plans and standardize their implementation,find problems in the implementation process and solve them in time;in the training process,besides technology,they should also pay attention to tactics,warm-up,physical fitness,psychology,recovery,nutrition and many other links according to the actual situation.4.In the management of sports teams,the principals in charge and the leaders of departments should pay more attention to the operation of sports teams,set up sports team management teams,work division,cooperation and joint management;timely update and optimize the training system,keep good information between coaches and athletes,and timely control the various kinds of athletes encountered inside and outside the training.The problem is to establish a good cooperative relationship with the personnel,material and affairs of various functional departments,and strive for a reasonable improvement of the sports team's various guarantees.5.Perfect the volleyball competition mechanism of Jiangsu higher vocational colleges,establish regular and normalized volleyball competition system,promote training by competition and promote by competition.Competition is the baton of training,without competition,all training is futile.It is suggested that the Volleyball Branch of Jiangsu General Association and the relevant government departments actively promote the reform of the competition,organize at least one provincial volleyball match every 1 to 2 years in order to ensure the good change of the team.
