Objective: The fall is one of the important issues can affect the health of the elderly.Survey,the obstacles has become the important factor causing the elderly fall,caused by obstacles fall in the fall of each year,50% of the total in the 35% fall in dark environment.Therefore,the main purpose of this study was to determine the influence of light intensity the obstacles on the elderly strategy,provide theoretical basis for the elderly fall prevention.Methods: Some communities in Jinan 15 subjects were screened out in the form of questionnaire survey,requires that all subjects without bone,neuromuscular,the respect such as mental illness and there is no history of hospitalization in a year.All the subjects in light of 3 lux,respectively under the condition of 75 lux,300 lux,by completing the five obstacles obstacles height is 15 cm.Use two load dynamic parameters of the subjects in the process of collecting down the stairs,at the same time using the kinematics parameters of 8 sets of infrared cameras to collect the subjects.Using the repeatability of the single factor analysis of variance(One-way repeated ANOVA)to different illumination conditions,comparing the indicators of the same group of subjects,comparison results(P < 0.05,believe that there is a significant difference.Results 1 The elderly under low illumination(lux)when the obstacles of toe distance is greater than the elderly in the medium intensity of illumination(75 lux)under high intensity of illumination(300 lux)toe distance of obstacles.2 When the obstacles under low illumination in the elderly support leg hip and knee buckling Angle is greater than the elderly under medium intensity of illumination and high intensity of illumination,the obstacles when supporting leg hip and knee buckling Angle.3 At the time of the obstacles,the elderly under low illumination Angle before the head and torso flexion Angle is greater than the old obstacles under medium intensity of illumination and high intensity of illumination,the Angle before the head and torso flexion angles.4 When the obstacles under low illumination in the elderly center of gravity in the direction and the movement of the left and right before and after the range is much bigger than the old obstacles under medium intensity of illumination and high intensity of illumination,the center of gravity in the direction and scope of the movement of the left and right before and after.5 The elderly support legs under low illumination of single leg support than the old time when obstacles under medium intensity of illumination and high intensity of illumination,the single leg support time.6 The obstacles,the elderly support legs under low illumination legs support than the old time when obstacles under medium intensity of illumination and high intensity of illumination,the legs support time.7 The elderly in the vertical direction when the obstacles under low illumination first peak force is smaller than the old obstacles under medium intensity of illumination and high intensity of illumination,the first peak vertical force.The elderly under low illumination and moderate intensity of illumination,the obstacles in vertical direction,the second peak force is smaller than the old obstacles under high intensity of illumination when the second peak force vertical direction.8 When the light intensity will not the obstacles for the elderly before and after the direction of the ground reaction force.9 The elderly around the obstacles under low illumination direction of the first peak force and the second peak force than the old left and right when the obstacles under high intensity of illumination for the first peak force and the second peak force.Conclusions and recommendations 1 The elderly under moderate intensity of illumination and the obstacles under high intensity of illumination is to use the strategy of no difference.2 Under low illumination(lux)in the elderly is used when the obstacles more conservative support strategy and strategy of crossing,this strategy can reduce the elderly support leg is the probability of contact with the swinging leg and obstacles,but will this strategy for the elderly control balance ability and lower limb muscle strength to demand higher.3 Under low illumination in the elderly(lux)obstacles before adopting a paddle body control strategy,this strategy will increase the difficulty of the elderly people to control their body balance.
