Purpose:This paper want to research the action and the gait of the elder women who do the TC, Aerobic dance and do nothing exercises. By comparativing analysis the dynamics and kinematics data, We likewise determine the potential causes of falls among the elderly to create prevention measures for falls, explore what kind of sports to improve the elderly women balance, stability is more help and what kind of exercise is more suitable for older women, provide countermeasures, and improve the quality of life of the elderly.Method:Selecting 45 elderly women between 65 ~ 75 years old. Fifteen healthy elderly women who regularly practice Tai Chi an hour per day will be included in the Tai Chi group, 15 healthy elderly women who regularly practice aerobic dance an hour per day will be included in the aerobic dance group, and 15 healthy elderly women who do not exercise everyday will be included in the control group. Individuals with unstable heart conditions, joint replacements in the lower extremities, arthritis, diabetes, visual deficiencies, vestibular deficiencies, or any type of neuromuscular problems will be excluded from the sample to ensure that all of the subjects will have the characteristics of a healthy individual. The participants must not have experienced any falls or gait abnormalities over the last three years, and must dominantly use their right foot in their activities. By chosing three dates and comparative analysis the dynamics and kinematics datas,Result:Kinematics characteristics: The stride length of Taichi is longer than Aerobic dance, but the stride length of no exercise group is longer than Taichi and Aerobic dance; The maximum foot clearance,foot clearance, one foot support time, toe distance of Taichi are bigger than Aerobic dance group and no exercise group. The speed of no exercise group is faster than Taichi and Aerobic dance; the heel distance of Taichi is bigger than Aerobic dance.Dynamics characteristics: When the elderly women cross the obstacles, the maximum medial-lateral force and the maximum antero-posterior force of the Taichi `s left leg are bigger than the Aerobic dance group and no exercise group.,the Aerobic dance group is bigger than no exercise group, the time of the maximum antero-posterior force, Taichi is later than Aerobic dance group and no exercise group, but the Aerobic dance group is later than no exercise group; The ground reaction force of the left leg,the Taichi group and Aerobic dance group are bigger than no exercise group; the maximum medial-lateral force of the right leg,Taichi is bigger than Aerobic dance group and no exercise group; The ground reaction force of the right leg, no exercise group is bigger than Taichi and Aerobic dance group in In the early stage, no exercise group is smaller than Taichi and Aerobic dance group in the late stage.Conclusion:(1)Taichi exercise for a long time has an effect on the gait when the elderly cross the obstacles.It can increase the height of the leg lifts and it is easy for the elderly to cross the obstacles.(2)long-term exercise can improve the lower limb muscle strength, alleviate the impact of the knee joint and reduce the damage in the knee joint.(3) long-term exercise can improve the obstacle-crossing ability of elderly women and Can effectively prevent falling damage.(4)Compaerd with Taichi and no exercise, Taichi exercise is a better way for older women to daily exercise.
