objective: at present,children's physical health is a major concern of every family and even society.This study combines the relevant theoretical basis of physical fitness training with the curriculum practice of physical fitness training.According to the law of children's physical growth and development,physical fitness training is carried out for children aged 3-4 years,so that every child aged 3-4 years can take physical fitness training as a part of aged 3-4 years.Methods: 20 children aged 3-4 years were selected in this study.10 children aged3-4 years were divided into experimental group and 10 children aged 3-4 years as control group.The content of fitness training is designed according to the law of children's growth and development and the related content of fitness training.The height,weight,strength,speed,endurance,coordination,balance and flexibility of 3-4-year-old children are tested respectively.In fitness training,the strength training includes: Bear climbing,frog jumping,jumping obstacles,push-up and box jumping.The speed training includes:small steps Running,10 m turn back running,acceleration running,endurance quality training: jogging,feet jumping in place,coordination quality training: open and close jumping,crawling,in and out,balance quality training: standing on one foot,walking balance beam,standing on the wave speed ball,flexibility quality training: Taiyang type,little lazy cat,cobra,sitting forward bending,little snail;3 months of training,weekly Two classes,one hour each.Before and after the experiment,the test indexes of height,weight,tennis throw,standing long jump,10 meter turn back run,two feet continuous jump,walking balance beam and sitting body forward bend were tested according to the national physique test standard(children's part).In this paper,excel is used to store data,SPSS is used for data statistics and analysis.Results: in the experimental group,the height test data was 106.4 ± 6.32 cm before the experiment,109.5 ± 6.37 cm after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);the weight test data before the experiment was 17.76 ± 2.85 kg,19.06 ± 3.59 kg after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);the tennis throw test distance before the experiment was 3.44 ± 0.81 M,5.50 ± 0.9m after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);The test distance of standing long jump was 68.50 ± 20.97 cm before the experiment,93.40 ± 12.83 cm after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);the test time of 10 meter turn back run before the experiment was 10.42 ± 1.42 s,after the experiment was 7.75 ±1.23 s,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);the test time of double foot continuous jump before the experiment was 7.71 ± 2.88 s,after the experiment was 6.03 ±1.93 s,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01)01;the test time of walkingbalance beam before the experiment was 24.81 ± 16.54 s,after the experiment was 8.66 ±3.22 s,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);the test distance of sitting body forward bending before the experiment was 7.32 ± 3.26 cm,after the experiment was 9.31± 4.03 cm,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01).In the control group,the height test data was 108.3 ± 5.01 cm before the experiment,109.9 ± 4.90 cm after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);the weight test data was 17.38 ± 1.81 kg after the experiment,17.71 ± 1.87 kg after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);the tennis throw distance test distance before the experiment was 3.27 ± 0.29 M,4.93 ± 0.74 M after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);the test of walking balance beam before the experiment The time was 17.53 ± 9.17 s,after the experiment was 13.41 ± 5.20 s,showing a significant difference(P < 0.05).After the experiment,the height of the experimental group was 109.5 ± 6.37 cm,the control group was 109.9 ± 4.90 cm,no significant difference;the weight of the experimental group was 19.06 ± 3.59 kg,the control group was 17.71 ± 1.87 kg,no significant difference,but the change of the experimental group was more significant than the control group;the tennis throw distance of the experimental group was 5.50 ± 0.90 M,the control group was 4.92 ±0.74 M,no significant difference The distance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,93.40 ±12.83 cm in the standing long jump experimental group and 80.20 ± 13.12 cm in the control group,showing a significant difference(P < 0.05),7.75 ± 1.23 s in the 10 m turn back running experimental group and 8.65 ± 1.83 s in the control group,with no significant difference,but the time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group;There was no significant difference between the experimental group 6.03 ± 1.93 s and the control group 7.29 ± 1.80s;the walking balance beam experimental group 8.66 ± 3.22 s and the control group 13.41 ± 5.20 s,showing a significant difference(P < 0.05);the sitting forward flexion experimental group 9.31 ±4.03 cm and the control group 8.09 ± 5.50 cm,showing no significant difference;we can know that after three months of physical fitness training experiment The training effect of the group is more significant than that of the kindergarten physical education.Physical fitness training is very helpful to improve children's physical fitness.Conclusion:(1)Through three months of physical fitness training intervention,the physical fitness of children in physical form,in height,physical fitness training and kindergarten physical activity classes have a significant impact;in weight,physical fitness training has a significant impact on children aged 3-4 years.(2)After three months of physical fitness training intervention,children's physical fitness in the standinglong jump,10 meters back run,feet continuous jump,walking balance wood,sitting position forward flexion test indicators,the physical fitness training of children in the test results compared with the children in kindergarten physical activity class increased significantly,indicating physical fitness.Training has obvious effect on lower limb strength,speed,endurance,sensitive coordination,balance,flexibility and other physical qualities of children aged 3-4 years.
