The Study On The Optimization Of Student Management In Higher Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of "Internet Plus"

The emergence of the Internet has spawned a series of social changes,and the application of the Internet not only changes people’s production and lifestyle,but also makes people’s thinking has undergone significant changes,and thus promotes the development of Internet thinking.Today’s society has entered the " Internet plus" times.The rapid development of Internet technology and the extensive application of "Internet plus" have greatly changed the learning and life of students in vocational colleges,but also brought great challenges to student management.This study takes A school as an example,on the basis of defining the related concepts such as vocational colleges,student management and "Internet plus",guided by humanistic management theory,borderless management theory and democratic management theory,students in colleges and universities to investigate the issue,combined with the findings,explains the problems faced by vocational management of students.From the investigation of students in A vocational college,there are some difficulties in the management of student management in the management of students in higher vocational colleges.The management of students’ Internet goals and results is not enough.The efficiency of school Internet application urgent needs to improve,and the Internet deepens the complexity of student management and other issues.The study is mainly due to the management of the object,the management of the main body and the network environment and other three aspects of the impact of these problems.Combined with the problems arising and the causes of these problems,the study puts forward the "Internet plus" perspective of vocational college students management optimization strategy.The strategy includes the construction of student management "Internet plus" application atmosphere;promoting the scientific management of students;enhancing the overall quality of student management team;strengthening student self-education and self-management and so on.In the study,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case study method are synthetically applied.Through the in-depth analysis of the "Internet" era "people","things",multi-dimensional connection,the study establishes a new ideas and new ideas for higher vocational school student management,and innovate student management methods,and improves management level of students in Vocational Colleges.
