Research On The Construction Of Counselors’ Management Ability To Students Of Higher Vocational Colleges In The Internet Era

Higher vocational colleges is a school to train technical talents for the country,society,Counselor is the manager of College Students’ daily life,and it is an indispensable role for college students to carry out ideological education and management.The job counselors guide the healthy growth of college students directly affects the cultivation of contemporary college students and the development of Higher Vocational Colleges.Although the instructor system has already been introduced in higher vocational colleges,the management ability to students’ is lack of attention.Especially in the age of the Internet,students in vocational colleges have shown new characteristics.The traditional ideas and methods of management can’t be applied to the contemporary student management.This requires us to put forward new requirements and standards to the counselor of vocational colleges,combining the characteristics of the students.This paper firstly introduces the concept and the theory of the management to the students in Higher Vocational Colleges in the period of the Internet,and makes a statement to the conception of internet period,counselor and its characteristics.And then seeks the theoretical support to the management ability of the counselor.Secondly,this paper expounds the present situation of the college students management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Internet period,finds out the existing problems then analyzes the reasons.At last,drawing on the experience through the introduction to counselor management capacity from foreign school,proposing a practical method to improve counselors Management Capacity in our country’s school,promoting the development of counselor management level.
