The power is the source of the movement.In the background of promoting the national fitness nowadays,more and more people go to the gym,strengthen their strength,shape body and fat-reducing weight loss by adopting the mode of resistance-training,also,the aerobics athletes can increase the strength by using the resistance-training mode,In aerobics,the strength quality can determine whether the athlete has the condition to complete the difficult movement,and also has the key influence to the complete set movement,the difficulty movement quality.Because of the continual refinement of the modified competition rules,the requirements of the aerobics project on the participants are gradually improved,and the action also tends to be complex and multi-denatured,and at the same time,The completion quality of the action is required to be improved,whether in the form of competitive aerobics or mass aerobics.For the students of the higher-class aerobics class,it is necessary to embody the characteristics of the "health,force,beauty" of aerobics,Pay attention to the difficulty of movement and the quality of completion,but also require physical coordination and sense of rhythm,which requires students in all aspects,especially the strength quality,especially the core strength.The core area training theory was cited in China in the early 21 st century.In preparation for the 2008 Olympic Games,many training teams applied the core area training theory to training.A large number of scholars and coaches have fully demonstrated the positive impact of core area training on improving sports level and sports performance.As far as modern core strength training means are concerned,it is mainly through the creation of unstable environment,its main goal is to stimulate the stable control ability of deep small muscle groups,joints and other tissues to the trunk and body in the core area of human body,so as to improve the level of exercise technology and optimize the performance of movement,and reduce and prevent unnecessary damage caused by improper training.In the teaching of aerobics in colleges and universities,the resistance strength training method for core muscle group is introduced,and the conventional stable training surface is changed to unstable training surface,in order to enhance the strength quality of core muscle group of aerobics students,develop students' physical stability and coordination in many aspects,improve the technical level of aerobics movement,and achieve the purpose of innovating and optimizing the training method of aerobics physical quality.Combining with the actual situation of aerobics courses in colleges and universities,this study uses literature method,experimental method,measurement method and mathematicalstatistics method to sum up the resistance strength training method of core muscle group which has been scientifically demonstrated at home and abroad,so as to provide theoretical support for the core muscle group strength training method and means in this study.The following conclusions are drawn through experiments:1.the data changes of plate support,supine rise,prone stand and lateral stand-up before and after the longitudinal comparison experiment,the mean level of the subjects was significantly improved(P < 0.05),indicating that both training methods can effectively improve the strength quality of the core muscle group of the class students.Comparing the two training methods,the non-stable resistance training is more efficient than the conventional strength training.2.The results showed that the two groups had a significant improvement in the stability test index of eight-stage bridge,one-legged standing with closed eyes,five-stage side-bridge and rotational stability,and the indexes were significantly different in the group(P<0.05).It shows that both training can promote the core stability of the aerobics class,which is mainly manifested in the static core stability.3.The effects of the two training methods on improving the core stability of the class were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group,and the improvement in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group.Although there were significant differences in each index group of the control group,the influence was very limited,which indicated that the training of unstable resistance strength was more effective in improving the core stability of aerobics class,mainly in the aspect of trunk stability and body control.4.In terms of the quality of action completion,the mean value of action completion test in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a high significant difference between the two groups.Through the observation of students' movements in class,it is found that the quality of students' movements is generally improved,especially in the experimental group of unstable resistance training,which is especially prominent in the aspects of body posture control and action force.
