The accomplishment of "Made in China 2025" plan not only needs technical leading talents,but also requires a great number of technicians' teams with high skills,which makes the talents production the key factor for implementing "Made in China 2025" plan.As important places of cultivating practical and skilled basic staff,vocational colleges play critical role in carrying out the "Made in China 2025" plan.This paper discusses the methods of producing qualified technicians with the guidance of market and ways to adjust talent training programs through practical training and school-campus cooperation.It also puts forward the significance of occupational guidance to meet the social needs,helping graduates to achieve their personal value and devote into the development of "Made in China 2025" plan.To achieve the goal of Made in China 2015 Strategy,many high-leveled skilled talents are required.As the important base for fostering talents,the vocational colleges need to always think about how to cultivate the talents that meet the need of the Made in China 2025 Strategy.Judging from the present stage,the teachers instructing the career development course in vocational colleges should try to learn and study with great depth the actual demand for the talents required in the Made in China 2025 Strategy,and timely grasp the changes in employment market under the new situation,trying to find theoretical guidance to solve the“four lacks” issues in the employment guidance work,that is,the lack of innovative talents,lack of advanced talents cultivation concepts,lack of the ecological education and absence of social responsibility consciousness education,lack of the craftsmen spirits and professionalism education.On the other hand,the teachers in the vocational colleges should make great efforts to improve the satisfaction of graduates,the employment quality,service concept,career planning education,the practical ability of both staff and students and teachers' professional development,giving full play the role the employment guidance in the graduates employment.
