In this new century,the global manufacturing industry is undergoing revolutionary changes.The implementation of national strategies such as "re-industrialization" in the United States,"Industry 4.0”in Germany,"Industry 2050”in the United Kingdom and"New Industrial France" indicates that the development of human industrial civilization has reached a new turning point.In May 2015,the State Council promulgated the"Made in China 2025" Program of Action and put forward the "three-step" strategy of building a manufacturing powerful country.At the same time,it also gave a new mission of vocational education in our country.Based on the existing research results and the combing of the related policies on the development of manufacturing industry and vocational education,this paper re-interprets the connotation of manufacturing industry under the "Made in China 2025"strategy through literature and comparative study,and expounds its new connotation in this time.Based on the development status of China's manufacturing industry and the"Made in China 2025" strategy,this paper analyzes the opportunities for the development of China's new manufacturing industry.To explore the new demands put forward by the "Made in China 2025" strategy on vocational education in our country,the scale of talents training should be coordinated with the development of manufacturing industry,the specifications of talents training should be compatible with the development of manufacturing industry and the quality of talents training should be compatible with the development of manufacturing industry."Made in China 2025" puts forward the development route of innovative development and smart manufacturing,and set up a multi-level and multi-type talents training system.However,vocational education,as the main force in manufacturing talents supply,still has many inadequate requirements with "Made in China 2015" in terms of talents training structure,talents training mode and talents training system.First of all,the structural imbalance of vocational education talents training is manifested in two aspects:the imbalance of qualifications in the provision of qualified talents and the structural imbalance in professional settings.As a result,vocational education can not provide highly educated levels for the manufacturing industry and respond to the manufacturing industry of vocational education talents training high-standard demands.Second,the model of vocational education talents training is out of line with the practice of manufacturing industry.The orientation of talents training is inaccurate,ignoring the cultivation of students' innovative spirit,practical ability and overall quality,the lack of curriculum design related to the development of new manufacturing industries,the "depth" and "breadth" required by industry for vocational skills,the lack of cohesion between professional teaching and manufacturing practice and the combination of industry and education,and at the same time,the development mechanism of "double-qualified" teachers has not yet been established,which all affect the quality of student training.In addition,there is a lack of openness in the vocational education talents training system.First,there is a lack of internal opening up.The connection between the vocational education system and the vocational training system is not very close.Second,there is a lack of external development and difficulty in universal training and infiltration.In order to effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,based on the advanced experience of vocational education and in the background of foreign manufacturing industry development strategy,we need to further improve the training system for vocational education in our country.First,we should optimize the structure of talents training,actively build a talents development channel conducive to the career development of manufacturing professionals and train high-level and highly educated talents for manufacturing industry.In addition,vocational education should be actively connected with the industrial chain,optimize the professional structure and make up professional talents structure short board.Second,we should build a "manufacturing +" integrated training model,strengthen the convergence of vocational institutions and manufacturing industries in the setting of training objectives,curriculum design,teaching mode and teaching staff building,and give full play to manufacturing industry enterprises in vocational education,which play important roles as the main bodies of running a school and advancing the reform of talents training mode in depth.Third,we should establish an open talents training system and promote the "dual certificate integration" of vocational qualification certificates and diplomas so as to build an intensive vocational education and training system in the manufacturing industry.At the same time,we should promote the integration and penetration of general education and vocational education to form more smooth transition and progression paths to clear the way for the career development of manufacturing professionals.Therefore,vocational education,as the pillar of made in China,needs to closely integrate its talents training strategy with the new requirements of the "Made in China 2025" operation guide,take the initiative to assume the new mission of manufacturing supply and demand for transformation and upgrading of talents,and establish and improve the "China Manufacturing" talents training system to help with" Made in China 2025 "1.
