Made in China 2025,issued by the state council on May 8,2015,is the first 10-year action program of the Chinese government to implement the manufacturing power strategy.In this article,through analysis of the strategic task and key in a new round of industrial revolution under the "made in China 2025" issued by China,summarize new professional capacity requirements by the new technical requirements according to the characteristics of the students education in higher vocational colleges.And develop the higher vocational colleges manufacturing students' developmental evaluation index system and evaluation standard of professional ability for reference of students' professional ability evaluation and development,promoting the students' professional ability development to adapt to demand for talent in the equipment manufacturing industry of China in 2025.Evaluation of students' professional ability is the requirement of Made in China 2025 development,the demand of students' personal career development and the key to the development of vocational education.By competence-based education idea,the theory of multiple intelligences,constructivism thoughts as the instruction,under the background of the fourth industrial revolution,"Made in China 2025" demand to perfect the personnel training system,in order to improve the modern management level and enterprise competitiveness as the core,to cultivate a number of outstanding entrepreneur and high level management personnel,strengthening the vocational education and skills training,to build a professional and technical skill talent team in universities.Combining the production,study and research,cultivate the urgently needed scientific research personnel and inter-disciplinary talents in the manufacturing industry.Develop the manufacturing industry with Chinese characteristics to accelerate the development of "intelligent" manufacturing.Manufacturing jobs technology changes mainly include: intelligent manufacturing is the product of information technology and manufacturing technology's highly integrated.It can effectively promote the intelligent product research and development of intelligent equipment new formats and business model innovation,meet the consumer demand of individuation and diversification;Activeimplementation in many fields and regions will create many new manufacturing service jobs,and bring new challenges and development opportunities for manufacturing and service industry practitioners.Due to the changes in the market,the traditional "pyramid" vertical power hierarchy in manufacturing industry has been changed into a "flat" structure.Manufacturing industry also has a new change in the demand for talent,talent's professional ability has comprehensive,practical and developmental characteristics.This paper analyzes the orientation of talent cultivation for manufacturing majors,and divides the professional ability into professional knowledge base,professional technical ability,professional quality ability and professional application ability.Professional knowledge base includes professional operation knowledge,professional theory knowledge and professional knowledge assessment;Professional technical ability include professional tool operation,information technology application,professional basic skills,key technologies and green skills;Professional quality ability includes professional learning ability,technological innovation thinking,product quality awareness,production service awareness and international development perspective;Professional application ability includes the integration of industrialization and information technology,the multidomain recombination,the innovation ability and the analysis and solution of professional problem.Among them,we should pay special attention to students' professional competence development thoughts: lifelong learning thoughts,professional cultural quality,self-management ability,sense of teamwork and spirit of exploration and innovation,so as to form ideological guidance that influences the formation and development of professional competence.Through the method of literature summary of relevant materials classification to set up five indicators: professional competence development thoughts,professional knowledge foundation,professional technical ability,professional quality ability and professional application ability,and two level of evaluation index system,clear the specific connotation in the process of each index in the evaluation,and use the authenticity evaluation.Enterprises,school teachers and education researchers,multiple subject evaluation make education process and result reflect more demand,and realize the goal of education.Examine the ability of students to use knowledge and skills in real situations,objectively evaluate and predict the development of students,and divide the current level of students' professional ability into fourlevels: excellent,good,qualified and unqualified.Delphi method is used to collect views of entrepreneurs and educational researchers,interview part of evaluation subjects,adjust evaluation indexes and optimize the system.Design the specific evaluation criteria,carefully analyze the standard connotation of evaluation indicators in combination with the development of manufacturing industry and the characteristics of higher vocational students,so as to clarify the difference between excellent and good,making the evaluation criteria operable and able to reflect the future needs of manufacturing industry for professional education.In the process of implementing and improving the developmental evaluation standard for manufacturing students in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to combine theory with practice,constantly improve the evaluation index system,better play the developmental role of evaluation,and promote the improvement of educational value.The development demand of the Made in China 2025 industry still needs a lot of work in terms of professional competence education,curriculum and teaching research.
